I wanted to reach out and express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your Rice Tire location.
I was recently shopping for tires and had already chosen a brand at a competitor's store. However, I decided to check with Rice Tire as well, and I'm so glad I did! I spoke with a gentleman named Michael L. (possibly Loy or Lloyd), and he truly went above and beyond to assist me.
Michael was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the different tire options available. He made everything easy to understand and even explained the performance differences between my current tires and the most affordable option on the market.
Michael's exceptional service and detailed explanations made a huge difference. I felt confident that choosing Rice Tire was the best decision, and I even opted for a slightly upgraded set of tires based on his recommendations.

These folks ROCK! We're from out of state. Driving 5th wheel RV on I-81, we had a blowout on the RV. Terrifying! We called them, and they had the right tires and said they could put them on right away. We bought 4 and had them mounted, and we were back on the road within an hour. These people were courteous, friendly, and on their game. OUTSTANDING service. Thank you again, RICE TIRE!

If you need a new tire drivers, just have your breakdown dept call these guys. It's done right and done quick. Love's always takes an hr or more to change my tire. The guy that came out from Rice was done in 15-20 minutes.
Seriously, just go with them if you're in the area.

I had a slow leak in my truck tire and needed to travel that day. I went to another shop and they couldn’t get my tire off the truck. Rice tire got me in as quickly as they could on short notice and fixed the tire. They couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Thank you
