Typical chain hotel experience. The room smelled pretty strongly of air freshener but was clean. The A/C worked and was fairly quiet. The check-in experience was quick. Bed was comfortable, and the plumbing worked.
The location is right next to a busy highway and quite noisy.

My rating is based off of other highway motels. We road trip often and stay at red roof and equivalent places. We were pleased with large parking, grass area, dog friendly and we prefer exterior doors versus typical hotel entrances. This place had its opportunities but all could be looked over. The beds were comfy, the water got hot and the air worked.
However the rooms were in rough shape, stains on walls, running faucet, gross shower curtains, and dirty floors
Most importantly please don’t sell me a non smoking room where clearly it’s been smoked in. Not cool even for the price.

Price was right. Everything looked nice from a distance, but upon closer inspection and taking a whiff of air, the non-smoking room had been smoked in heavily. There were burn marks on the bed cover. Cleaning was minimal. There were LOTS of tiny bugs flying around the room. Mold spots were developing in a corner in bathroom sink and closet area. Slept for a few hours and left. Soooo much potential.

Got a "hot rate hotel" deal on Hotwire. Hotel was revealed after booking. Checked in around 10 PM. We were in room 134 less than 1 minute and headed back to the office to check out. Without even turning on the main light, we saw roaches of all sizes scurrying on the floor. On the walls. A smoke alarm beeping as it had low batteries. Absolutely revolting.
Also, there were a bunch of sketchy people hanging out drinking on the balcony. The environment did not feel safe. The hotel was pretty full. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than this hotel. Actually, you could not PAY me any amount of money to stay at this hotel.
I generously give this location five stars as it is right off of I-81.
Noteworthy details: roaches

Don’t recommend! Bugs! Bugs & more bugs! ??
Beds are comfy though! But don’t recommend! Near restaurants & the highway! Stay elsewhere! ??

Floors were dirty, there was stuff dripped down walls, bed frame, and on counters. The room smelled musty upon entering. It said non smoking but the smell was definitely partly cigarette smoke. We left and our hair smells from just a short stay. The outlet didn't even work for the coffee maker. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. Shower head was gross. The only plus was comfortable beds. The rooms needed to be cleaned properly for the newer upgrades to be noticeable.

At first glance, a beautiful room but you should not focus on the cleanliness which really leaves something to be desired, the cleaning of floor, windows, mirror, counter had certainly not been done, at least the bed was clean . We wouldn't stay there more than one night. Well located motel

I asked for a room closer to the front with ADA accomodations. I was told all rooms on the first level are accommodating. The room I was rented was near the back of the building and was not accommodating. The shower curtain smelled like urine. The bathtub was clogged. I asked for a different room and was told "I was making it hard" followed by a refusal. I had to stay in the room because Shah, the guy that was working the front desk, said the manger was not in and he wasn't changing the room. And maintenance was gone for the day.

This is a nice Red Roof Inn. The room we stayed in had recent upgrades , was clean, and well maintained. There is a large grassy and quite clean area for pets. On the night we stayed, although we could hear distant road noise from the interstate, the hotel itself was pretty quiet.
The lobby offers coffee and some morning snacks.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks, bed was so comfortable and it was quiet there. That's where the good things end. I came into my room and there was literally feces on the shower curtain and a wipe of it on the wall by the sink. Then in the shower there was pink hair dye and hair everywhere in the tub and on the walls especially. Really painted the picture of who stayed there before me. To top if off the old fashion older lady up front is one of those "Don't speak until I'm done." Customer service came across rude. The cleaning people didn't speak English and tried to make me leave my room the second day I was there. But the cleaning people were punctual at 9 am every morning with a cart of needs the room might require.
