Quality was horrible they are not reliable or dependable and they treat your things like junk. They left without finishing came back with a third man and charged me for him. This was not in the original quote nor was it told to me until the end. My husband came out to see what was going on and they were standing around mind you they charge hourly. I ended up paying extra money for a half done job. Never ever ever ever ever use these movers ! They will get over on you too. All the workers looked high or drunk and were taking there sweet time placing my furniture where I didn't want it placed again never ever ever ever use these movers!!!!!!

I live in Maryland just moved counties and this moving company came to my home, it was 3 people we agreed on 3 hours. One of the men was standing around and couldn't be bothered to listen to any instruction from his boss. He starts complaining to me about how heavy things are, leaving my property where he wanted despite my asking him where to place my property in my new home; they didn't know how to unhook a water line from a fridge and ended up unhooking it anyway and flooding my kitchen. They were constantly arguing, about how to work where to put things and the fact that the one man didn't want to listen, on top of that; that same man begins flirting with me. He demanded i repark my car which had an accident just yesterday and i hadn't had the chance to change the tire so it couldn't be moved without more damage to my property, he pushed so much that he ended up changing the tire himself so i could re park my car. They constantly slammed my furniture against things including the concrete. They dinged almost everything and broke my refrigerator. Which one of them acknowledged and agreed happened because he took the cover off of my freezer panel and broke the circuitry. The boss took my tv holder off of the wall that i did not need, we agreed that he would take down the correct one from my room, and then he said he didn't have the correct wrench to do it so then he said he would go to Home Depot off of the clock and then after we take all the time to agree on this he says there's an additional fee to affix tvs to walls. Then he was on the phone for an hour while his team slung boxes. He decided to charge me a heavy item charge, they were reasonably priced before they added tons of fees, and broke my property

They took a $200 deposit and never showed up and won't return calls. We had to make a fraud report with Cash App and call another moving company.

Don't trust these people. They will take your money and not show up on moving day. We have been reaching out and getting no response.

I had never hired a moving company before using Matt and his crew from Quality Movers. Matt walked through his plans step by step and made us feel a little more comfortable with the move (it’s always awkward to let someone else move YOUR things). I received professional and courteous service from Quality Movers. They arranged to meet me after work and completed moving the items I requested very quickly. They were also the best price I could find in the Germantown area. I highly recommend Quality Movers for moving needs.

Matt and his guys are AWESOME!!! I’ve used them three times and wouldn’t even entertain using anyone else. Most professional and personable experience I’ve ever had with a move. This last move, I had my two young children with me and they even entertained them and let them “help,” without missing a beat and working diligently. Matt and his guys recently moved us. It was a local move, but let’s face it, moving is moving whether you’re going 2 miles or 2,000 miles. They showed up when they were supposed to, did an excellent job, worked hard and steady, were detail oriented and even found time to be pleasant, polite and good natured about it all. You can put your trust in Matt to move you wherever you’re going. We did and would do it again!

These movers broke our television during the move and tried to hide it. Fortunately we noticed it before they left. They promised to replace it and have been making empty promises to deliver said "new television" for the past 2 months. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but two months with no tv.... this is just ridiculous.

Moving is stressful, but Matt and his team made it even seem kind of fun. They were kind, ridiculously hard-working, prompt and accommodating. They only charged for the hours they worked and came in under their estimate. Unheard of. And their estimate was nearly half the price of the other estimate we had received. Beyond that, they were meticulous. Nothing we moved was damaged or lost, even down to finding a small screw that had fallen out of our bed hardware when it was taken apart. I recommend them highly and I will be happy to call on them again with our next move. I was glad to hear that they move people even outside the Knoxville area.
