Beware, this company is not careful with your belongings!! They will damage your items, then blame you and make no effort toward resolution. I contracted this company to move two refrigerators. The movers arrived 2 hours late and then damaged one of my refrigerators. There is a 12" deep dent/scratch down the front door of the refrigerator. When I contacted Pug Movers to discuss the issue and request some resolution, Terri (the owner) strung me along for a week, requested a quote to replace the door and then refused to make any offer to correct the problem. She blamed me for not providing equipment that neither she, nor her movers ever requested. My husband and two brothers ended up helping to finish moving the refrigerators. When everything was moved, one of the movers thanked my husband for helping and complained about the other mover that the company sent with him saying he was only "half a man" and could lift anything. I made multiple attempts to resolve this problem with Pug Movers but they wouldn't even offer to give me $50 off my service. The replacement door is $493. I would have been willing to work with them if they made ANY offer to make it right but the owner clearly does not care about or understand customer service. She refused to take any responsibility for what happened.

Great company! Office staff was professional and communicated well. The movers came on time, were very professional, efficient and fast! They were so friendly and made me feel taken care of! I highly recommend.

What a great comfort to have a 1st class service like this available to people and older like myself that are unable to physically move heavy furniture, and boxes when moving. I needed help loading a truck with furniture, and boxes, to transport back to Tennessee from Virginia that I was driving myself. Once I talked to Terri, she took over and handled everything. All I had to do was tell her when and where. She set up a UHaul truck for me to pickup once I arrived in Virginia, the guys to load it, even found me guys to unload the truck after I drove back to Tennessee. She spent a lot of time on my request, and constant communication to me to get everything organized for me to have less stress of the logistics, timing, payments, etc. for me to just drive up and back. Her guys took care with my furniture, blanketing, packing, they were polite, and very helpful. This company strives for perfect customer service. Well, they exceeded that mark exponentially! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a little extra assistance for pretty much anything to do with moving. Their rates are very comparable, considering the Virginia area they work out of. The lower fees by no way matches their customer service and dedication to the task at hand!!!

Pug helped me move from Winchester to Rockville MD during the summer of 2016. I wanted to write about his fantastic amazing work along time ago, but I didn't get to do it. Pug was awesome.
