“I have everything good to say about our Staples. Has there been a change in employees? Will was so helpful explaining Instant Ink to me, updating my phone with Staples Connect, and looking very hard for a bag that I left in my cart. When I asked where I could find a stand to hold paper beside my computer so I could copy the information, an employee walked me over and helped me find exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be that there is often no one at the cash register. Then I notice that the light is not on and I have to walk over to the copy desk to get checked out.”

Very helpful over the phone ahead of the drive up, Q, the manager (I forget his name), and the young gentleman who helped find some rare items, all were very helpful, understanding, no nonsense, pointed me to a coupon, and made sure I was fully equipped for my new work from home office. I drove 1.5 hrs away from my store because they had inventory, and because the other store had put together a chair badly, they replaced it no questions asked. I appreciate you guys!”
