I've been a member of Planet Fitness since September 2021 and have always had a positive experience whenever I work out at this location.
The facility has always been well-maintained, and recently, they upgraded the equipment and machines! The updated machines are more comfortable, track and time your reps, and offer more adjustable weight options.
The atmosphere is very upbeat. From the time I joined this gym until now the Staff have always been very welcoming, kind, and supportive. The Members at this Gym are also very friendly and laid back.
This gym is great for anyone who wants to work out, take care of themselves, and achieve their fitness goals.

I love our Winchester, VA P.F.! Not only because it's clean w/ lots of great equipment and exercise options, but for me the bonus is the STAFF. I've gotten cheerful greetings, pep talks, suggestions and more! I may not know all their names yet, but I know their smiles! I Look forward to seeing them.

This is the most inviting gym I have ever attended. The gym is clean and all the employees are inviting and friendly.
As a nurse practitioner, I wanted to take a moment to thank Planet Fitness for allowing the teenagers in our community to workout for free all summer long. What a blessing it is to see your teenagers learning how to take good care of their bodies instead of being stuck at home or on the streets doing things that affect them in a negative way!

Very clean, nice staff, free for the summer if you are a teenager (I think 14-18). Nicely set up and good equipment, helpful and good locker rooms.

Absolutely the worst gym that I have ever been to in terms of dealing with the staff. I tried to freeze my membership as I had to move away and couldn't cancel over the phone. I then canceled my membership when I moved back and was then later charged an annual fee on my account. I tried to talk to the employees who even stated that it was highly irregular for an account to be frozen for this long and that there must have been some sort of miscommunication among the staff. I then talked to a manager who did not even attempt to listen to my side or take into consideration that his employees made a mistake and said that I was the one who made the mistake and refused to refund my money. I would highly recommend going down the road to one-life who has a much better and friendlier staff who care for their customers.

It's clean and the staff is great especially Emi,Jimmy and Greg.i love my work outs and tanning.
