Went to pick my dog up several hours after dropping off for grooming, was told by the employee that I had just my dog off ( gaslighting me) and said my wife gave them my number so they can call me. I said what number do you have she said the groomer just said we had it. They definitely did not. I guess gaslighting and lying to customers faces is just standard operating procedure for this location. I totally understand delays and a business being busy but to get lied to, ask for confirmation bc I know the lady is lying to my face and then have her lie even more to my face made that the last straw for this place. Will be trying out new groomers and recommending anyone i have a chance to do the same. This place does not respect its customers.

I took my pups in to get their yearly shots. The staff was wonderful and they handled each pup perfectly. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because of the cost. Each pup cost me $500 for their injections and a years worth of flea and tick meds. Pet meds shouldn’t cost so much!!!

This is where I find Whole Hearted dog food for my 2 pooches, only beef flavor. I've tried many other brands but most cause stomach upset. This brand works for us.
