I used to be a regular customer but I recently went in for a pedicure regular basic pedicure and paid for my service a few days after my family wanted to go get a pedicure and I recommended them since they are opening up thought new clients would be nice for them. Let’s start of with poor customer service rude and very unprofessional towards people my in law got a pedicure and got a big chunk of skin cut off I asked for change of color to gel since I had regular and was traveling that same week I was told that I needed a whole pedicure and I was surprised to hear that especially after being the 2 days prior. Got a whole $50 pedicure after paying regular pedicure… I didn’t mind paying the difference but a whole new pedicure after getting one from them I felt completely ripped off … not the greatest experience hope yours goes well but don’t recommend his to anyone.

I wouldn’t waste your time. I would look for another nail salon. The nail tech Lele is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant.
My teen daughter and I came in for nail appointments and we were taking our time to look for the nail color we wanted. We were not there but for 2 mins and lele immediately yelled at us to hurry up! Addressed us as hey you??? Basically spoken down to. Then as proceeded to explain to her what I wanted her to do for my daughter’s nail she started yelling at me. Raising her voice and speaking to another nail tech in her dialect and then ignored what I was saying to her about her behavior. How rude and unprofessional. Lele’s behavior is disgustingly rude. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Clients come to a salon establishment to relax, have peace and receive professional service
Stylist: Lele’s behavior is disgustingly rude. She is unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. She is not kind. She try’s to hurry you along.

Lily did my nails today, she was so nice and I didn’t have to wait long at all. She made me feel so comfortable and my nails turned out so good. Definitely recommend her. Thanks lily!!!!!

Thong did a great job on my pedicure! He was patient when I decided to change the color! Lily always does a great job on my nails... she listens to my color choices & makes great suggestions when I am unsure!

I have been going to Lily for 2yrs. I LOVE my nails!! Not only is she a fantastic nail technician, she is consistent, my nails are always perfect! She also gives a very relaxing pedicure!! Give her salon a try, you will not be disappointed
