I like Napa as a parts store better than the others. They used to have knowledgeable staff ready to help with your project. Their online service is severely lacking; twice I have ordered parts that were found to be out of stock or couldn't be fulfilled as offered. Lately I've had a 50/50 experience with the quality of the staff as well. I guess all good things can't last.

Looking for points and plugs for wisconsin v4 man couldn't find them. He didn't want to look in the old books.i went to car quest they pulled the book and found right away.not everything is in the computer

Big clean store. I had no idea it was there. Unlike some other auto shops, NAPA feels like a real auto parts store. NAPA also has a robust parts ordering system and their parts always fit, unlike the other stores where I always have issues with their parts.

I was looking for a dual wheel tire valve extension and found them at NAPA. They were not available at other automotive stores in Winchester VA. Lisa did a great job in helping me.
