Original:I am only reviewing the pharmacy part of the store, I have no issue with the other shopping area. The pharmacy SUCKS! Almost all the pharmacists are rude, angry people. They lie, they yell, they throw tantrums. They fill things I tell them specifically not too, and they lose, forget, or "have to order" the medicine I need. And I know they're lying. I have the same prescription filled at the same CVS, at the same time, on the same day, every month. And sometimes they tell me they don't have the medicine, they need to order it, that they never carry it and always have to order it. "You didn't say that last month." Too bad. Ask a different pharmacist, "of course we carry it, always have." Next one, "no we never have it." And so on... They get so pissed if you ever ask any question. They gave me the wrong birth control once, and when I asked about it they said the company closed and this new medicine is the exact same. The company never closed, they just stopped carrying it and lied. I then went to make sure it was the same thing, not like the same, not close, the exact same. If it is in anyway possibly minutely different I will get my period, and it will probably kill me. I made that very clear, and they lied. Then they lied again, and then again. I made the mistake of just believing them. When I started getting dizzy and out of it, I knew something was wrong, so I called just to ask AGIAN. No blame, no anger, nothing but fear that I could die, and they lied again. I told them I could die, and if this birth control was at all even a little different, I need to do something or go to the hospital. They just kept lying! Not surprisingly it was a different pill, it did give me my period, I lost too much blood. I was about to get a blood transfusion. Is in the ER twice. My heart rate went to 25. I almost died twice because they just wouldn't stop lying. 2 months later I'm back on my old pill, and they refuse to fill my prescription until days after I run out because my doctor writes for me to skip the last week of the low dose pills, because otherwise I will get my period, and might die. My doctor even spent an hour on the phone with them telling them how she wrote the script and the medical necessity, and they hung up on her. My pharmacy tried to kill me, and now they're trying to do it again!Update:It only gets worse. After they tried to kill me, multiple times, they keep trying to do it. On multiple occasions since my review they have repeatedly tried to cancel my much needed medicine for a generic that doesn't work for me and, once again, just like was proven when they lied to me repeatedly about the company making the medicine closing, would kill me. My doctor and my lawyer have made multiple appeals and it is all over my file with the pharmacy. It's on their file saying "no generic" and that it would kill me and that it almost already did. It's VERY clear. My doctor continues to make that very clear each and every time they fill the prescription. Today they messaged me saying my insurance doesn't cover the name brand, so they have contacted my doctor to change it to generic. For one, it wouldn't matter if my insurance didn't cover it, I still need it to live and would pay out of pocket to keep doing so. Two, it IS covered by my insurance CVS just tried to call it in far too early and the machines turn them down. Instead of contacting me, they just send a message to say they're asking my doctor to kill me. Again, it's all over my file and flagged in their system. They can't look at my file or prescriptions and not see the multiple legal and medical documents and multiple appeals that took weeks to complete. This is getting very close to criminal. Even if they overlooked they own files, their copies of my medical necessity paperwork, their copies of the legal forms from my lawyer and insurance company. I got an insurance company to write a statement for this CVS for this. That's nearly im
