The location where I called to get a downstream oxygen sensor installed on my 2013 Ford Fusion is a joke. The woman answering the phone seemed a little slow and uninformed, and I had to wait 20 seconds between responses before she told me I couldn't have my oxygen sensor installed because it was a customer part—despite the fact that I bought it directly from the Ford dealership and it was an OEM part—but it's not my loss because they lost a lot of business. Take it to a place that wants to make money

Very nice and honest shop. I called around town to see whom could look at my car and fix a squealing issue. Another place treated me poorly over the phone asking me if I was SUUUURE it was under the hood! Mission Auto didn't insult me by questioning if I was sure the squealing started when I turned my car on ?. I'm so thankful for their Customer Service and speedy repairs. Plus they give back to the community, you can't ask for anything better!

Just moved to the area. I came to this garage because of all the positive reviews. Prices seem fair and the people seem honest. Think I found my mechanic. Just wish they were open on weekends.

Had breaks, belt and wipers replaced. The service was good. The quality so far seems good (I picked up the car today). I would use them again. (sorry, not the most emotionally driven review :) )

Best experience I've ever had with a shop like this. Honest, well skilled and fast working crew they have there. Gave me a very reasonable estimate for some work on my son's car, upon completion they came in roughly 15% under the estimated cost. I can't speak highly enough about this shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs some auto work done. Thanks for the great work Mission crew!
