My Wife and I stopped in to get prices on composite decking. We were totally ignored by the two men at the desk. We walked around and polite gentlemen said he would find someone to help us but then he disappeared. We waited for another 15 minutes and decided to leave. I have no idea why they have a show room when there are no competent people there. We went to Frogale's and we were helped immediately.

In 2014, my contractor used Mid South Building for my cabinets and counter top. The quality was excellent. When I went back about a year later to purchase additional knobs they found my file and I was able to purchase the same knobs. Here I am 3 years later in a different house and I want to purchase the same granite they installed for me. Kevin was able to find my order and send me the name of the granite. All the people I have worked with have been awesome.
