Michelle, can you please find it in your heart to send my refund back that you promised to send in June? I can't do extensions as you know now. The wig I have isn't real hair and it can't be colored the dark color of my own hair. I need to get another one but I can't afford one without having my refund to put a deposit on it. The pictures I sent you show how much hair I have lost. You had said since my hair couldn't take the stress of the extensions, you offered me a refund and said it would be sent.

If you are considering hair extensions, you should call Michelle at Hair Connections. Michelle is the real deal - she knows everything there is to know about all types of hair extensions, as well as how to give a great cut so nobody will even know you got extensions. I drove all the way from Charlottesville because I was looking for somebody just like Michelle. She's real, honest, super laid back and just a fantastic hair stylist expert. She also explains what she is doing as she goes which I find very calming. If you are looking for an upscale, fancy salon, Hair Connections might not be for you. It is small and basic, but if you prefer a more relaxed environment and want your hair to look amazing, call Michelle. I'm so thankful I did. I got the Great Lengths, and although more expensive than some of the other extensions she offers, I think they are worth it for the quality of the hair and how natural the bonds look. My hair has never looked better than when I left her place. Worth every penny, worth the 2-hour drive, and I will definitely be going back. Thanks Michelle - I love my hair!!
