I had the best experience here there was a Hispanic women helping my mother and she was so helpful. She answered all her questions and provided the best plan possible. I would definitely recommend this metro pcs to everyone!

The Hispanic lady employee refused to help my husband because she did not want to lose a commission. We even called customer service while in the store and she hung up the phone! Now we have a useless line that we can't get rid of.

I just got a new phone connected coming from cricket , the lady with the glasses was very helpful in explaining details of my plan and helping me set up my new phone I love it !
