Awful customer service. Rude, obstructionist - to a regular customer of ten years. Never have refills ready. If there are any problems (of their doing) you are on your own.

Switched from CVS due to pricing. Month after month there have been issues. Not a care in the world. I hope this isn't how others have been treated. But buying the wrong prescription over and over and not trying to figure out what a patient needs when multiple prescriptions of the same medication are overlapping should probably be looked at a little better. Just disappointing.

Prescription was ready to be picked up a couple days ago. Pharmacy never bothered to call me nor text me that my prescription was ready. I had to manually check the Martin's Pharmacy app. Will be going elsewhere soon.

i have really bad epilepsy. im on 5 different medication i take 2 times a day. they have messed my orders to get my medicine so many times. i got a new medicine that im on for 4 months now. everytime i need a refill, they say i have to go to my doctor and get a sample. if its not one medication they are messing up, its the other. only reason i go here is because its the only place my insurance covers. if you can go anywhere else, id advise you to go anywhere but here to get your medication. i give no stars. im not the one who put me on all this medication and i shouldnt be the one worrying about all my other medications being refilled etc. i keep all my medications in a weekly bottle. i didnt know that i was out of anything until today.

I don’t use this pharmacy personally. But Im often on the phone with pharmacies in my line of work. My only issue was that during the 2 phone calls I had with them over the past week they couldn’t hear me and kept asking me to repeat things. One of the girls I spoke to said their phones are horrible. Not only is it an annoying inconvenience when you’re trying to communicate with them but could also harm their patient’s health and safety if they can’t hear things clearly like verifying prescriptions and such. It took double the amount of time for me to communicate with as well. Hopefully this is enough to get them to update the pharmacy’s phone system ?

I just have surgery and my husband needed to pick up some medicine from the Martin’s pharmacy on Pleasant Valley RD. I want to give a BIG shout out to Sharon and Pam, they were extremely helpful and kind in figuring out an issue with one of my meds that I really needed, this is my local pharmacy that I always go to and these two ladies are always kind and ready to help. I cannot Thank You all enough for what you do!! :)

I find the team in this pharmacy to be very nice and helpful. I always use this pharmacy for my non-mail order prescriptions and immunizations. Glad I discovered them when we moved into Winchester 2 years ago. I don't go anywhere else.

One of the best pharmacy's I've experienced. They are friendly and accommodating. When I've had difficulty with my parents, they have been understanding, patient, and helpful. I've never been to a pharmacy where the tech remembers my name and my prescriptions. I walk up to the counter, and she is already getting my meds. When my Mom passed recently, she knew that because she read it in the paper. She was so kind. That's how special this pharmacy is.
