If you’re in the market for a car, go see David at Malloy Toyota! He helped us find the perfect car for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And all of the staff were great to work with from the finance lady to the sales manager who called us the day after to make sure we’re happy. Hands down the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I absolutely HATE buying cars so for me to leave a positive review really shows how amazing they are.

the worst place to take the car for service... my wife took her car to have the oil changed and they left the screw where the oil is drained loose, my wife came home and parked it, and the next day she was leaving For work we found all the oil in the car on the floor... we called the dealer and they said to take it and we took it... but they said that my wife had walked over something and she ripped the oil filter... I lifted the oil myself. car and check the problem and what they say is a lie, but they just want to invent a lie so as not to take responsibility, the worst place I do not recommend anyone take their car for service

We were traveling through from SC to CT and hit a pothole in the dark (same trip where we kicked something up under the car and damaged the radiator in GA ). We were grateful to Malloy service department for fitting us in and also loaning us one of their loaner vehicles while we were in Winchester the extra night waiting for parts. Their entire staff was so helpful and kind, especially Lorenzo in service, and many thanks to them all.

So, I say we let Malloy manage medical offices. I called Friday. Got an appointment the next Monday. I arrived. They were expecting me, knew what I needed, and I decided to wait. To my pleasant surprise thirty minutes later the very nice lady came to the waiting area, recognized me, had all the paper work in hand, gave me my keys and I was on my way. It just doesn't get any better than that.

I was 45 minutes from home going on vacation and the check hybrid system light came on. It was a Friday afternoon and my other calls fell on deaf ears. I'm from PA going to Virginia. I called Malloy Toyota, which I would be passing, just to see if they could do a diagnostics test. I wouldn't be able to get to them with traffic issues til after 5 when they close. Gretchen, in service, assured me they would gladly take care of me because they didn't want to leave me stranded. So, I was not to worry , they would wait for me. Who does that?Gretchen and Lee, a very big shout out to your kindness and willingness to go beyond the call of duty. They said it was good I got there as there was a sizable issue. I could go on.Thank you Malloy Toyota... Hang on to Gretchen and Lee. They are a great team. So, if you want five star service, ask for Gretchen and Lee in service!

Had a very good experience with Jay the GM, Mike the sales manager, Frank the service manager, and James our salesman. Really made my family and I feel like valued customers and treated us very well. Ended up getting some previous issues resolved and hashed out as well and purchasing another 2 vehicles from them. Will continue to be their loyal customers.

Worked with Max DeCarlo on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I worked with Max Saturday & even Sunday. He knew I was serious about this purchase. I sent him a copy of my driver's license. I even filled out the financing online and let him know when I was finished with it on Sunday (And you know people don't fill out an application for a loan if they are just looking. So he knew I was serious about this vehicle). I even mentioned how much I would be put down. We didn't hear from him for a day or two, even though we tried to contact him. Then all of a sudden we find out the vehicle has been sold. He didn't even call to let me know. I had to email him for an updated, which is when he tried to sell me another vehicle. Very Disappointed in Max.

I couldn’t be happier to give five stars for the wonderful experience I had purchasing my first new car! My 2023 Hybrid RAV4 XLE is top notch, I’m still in awe of the MPGs I’m getting! Trevor helped me find exactly what I wanted/needed and was so patient with me, and Jay made sure it happened! Cassie was excellent to work with in the finance dept. Thank you all so much for your help, I’m in love with my RAV. 10/10 would recommend

David Hoppe was my salesman at Malloy Toyota in Winchester, VA July 2023. He was kind & helpful. And patiently answered my questions & showed me the different vehicles I was interested in test driving before I decided on my purchase. David did his job and tried to sell me but was not pushy and gave me the courtesy and time to make my decision.I have always loved buying another car. It’s fun and enjoyable. I recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.The reason I didn’t give this a 5 star isThe only things I would change for used Toyota’s are 1. % rates for used older autos should be much more reasonable. I’m refinancing at a better rate. 2. There should be good warranties available for multiple years at reasonable prices. 3. I will come back and review the dealership after I’ve had a chance to use them.

Service advisor Gretchen was excellent. Service work was solid and timely. My only negative is that when getting ready to pay for the service work, I was told that the dealership now charges a fee if you use your credit card to pay for car repairs. So you better make sure you have lots of money in your checking account before picking your car up or even taking it in for repairs when you dont even know what its going to cost you at the onset. Times must be hard for Malloy to nickel and dime loyal customers to pay for these fees.

They did a fuel induction service and didn’t even bother to run the engine to clear all the built up carbon and let me drive off the lot. The car is high mileage but I expected more out of a Toyota dealership servicing a Toyota. My engine stopped in the middle of the next intersection putting me in a potentially dangerous situation. Careful with Malloy service, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

We were going to the dealership to look at their vans but after finding out by our phenomenal salesman, Andrew, they didn't have any on the lot and it was hard to get them, we were bummed. Andrew quickly showed us a vehicle that would work and fit our needs. He graciously worked with us in trying to decide which one we wanted to take for a test drive. Instead of riding with us to put more gas in the tank, we followed him to the gas station, he filled it up and we were on our way testing the vehicle out. Upon returning we knew this was the one but were worried about some things that came next. Andrew came to the rescue yet again and worked with us on every aspect and understood just what we were dealing with. He honestly was the most understanding with our situation and tried everything he could so we could take the vehicle home with us. Andrew is definitely one of a kind, slow talking, compassionate and very kind and sweet. Not to mention is very good at multitasking with having several customers at the same time. We ended up purchasing a brand new Highlander that has everything we ever wanted and more. We want to sincerely thank Andrew and the whole team who assisted in making our purchase successful. You guys and gals are the best and we are very glad we stopped by the dealership.
