We were traveling through from SC to CT and hit a pothole in the dark (same trip where we kicked something up under the car and damaged the radiator in GA ). We were grateful to Malloy service department for fitting us in and also loaning us one of their loaner vehicles while we were in Winchester the extra night waiting for parts. Their entire staff was so helpful and kind, especially Lorenzo in service, and many thanks to them all.

So, I say we let Malloy manage medical offices. I called Friday. Got an appointment the next Monday. I arrived. They were expecting me, knew what I needed, and I decided to wait. To my pleasant surprise thirty minutes later the very nice lady came to the waiting area, recognized me, had all the paper work in hand, gave me my keys and I was on my way. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Worked with Max DeCarlo on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I worked with Max Saturday & even Sunday. He knew I was serious about this purchase. I sent him a copy of my driver's license. I even filled out the financing online and let him know when I was finished with it on Sunday (And you know people don't fill out an application for a loan if they are just looking. So he knew I was serious about this vehicle). I even mentioned how much I would be put down. We didn't hear from him for a day or two, even though we tried to contact him. Then all of a sudden we find out the vehicle has been sold. He didn't even call to let me know. I had to email him for an updated, which is when he tried to sell me another vehicle. Very Disappointed in Max.

Took my 2023 RAV4 in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation. Someone broke off one of the lug nuts when putting a tire back on. I was told that they would order a new lug nut and they would call me when it in in a few days. I didn’t hear from them for almost a month so I called and was told the part was in. I hadn’t picked up the part, so a few days later someone called and said that the part was in and that I could come in and they would put it on with no wait because of the inconvenience. After waiting for 40 minutes to get the lug nut fixed, I asked for my key and part and they said “oh he just pulled it in to top off your fluids, it will be done in just a few minutes”. I told them I didn’t ask for my fluids to be topped off I just wanted the part changed quickly like they said. It took 50 minutes for something that was supposed to be in and out.

We bought a car from Malloy today, and had a good experience. Our salesperson, Sierra was very professional, helpful and genuine. I would have rated a 5 star, but I feel that we should have been greeted by management to thank us for our purchase. That would have made the process feel a bit more solid. We would consider them for a future vehicle purchase.

First car I purchased was in a accident but wasn't told when I asked. I purchased it and found out it was in a horrible accident. The back and back door was replaced and when it rained my car seat in the back were wet. I took it back and they insisted I must of left my windows open. One of the machinists that worked there said there nothing w can do. The back window was put in wrong and the back sits we're getting wet. I called the manager and told him what was going on and then they replaced the window. I was not happy taking advantage of people that doesn't know much about cars. I felt unsafe in this car. My bad experience in Toyota Malloy. And the person who sold me that bad car is Hispanic.

On a 5 hour car ride and a bunch of my warning lights came on. The Malloy team was able to accommodate me same day and had me in and out in 2 hours. Excellent customer service and speedy work. A great BIG thank you. Would recommend!

Oil change price was fair, but to fix my license plate light was $180. Left fuse box cover on floor and light bracket loose some how. Not happy...

As an update to my previous review, I called the "General Manager", who replied to my first post, three times in the past week with no call back. Apparently they aren't concerned about the way my mother was treated. I am willing to be this behavior is the norm at this dealership. Please take your business elsewhere.

I don't want to bash any business, but if you want to see how a dealership should be run, go to Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly. Customer service is priority one there. We have dealt with the Toyota sales department in Winchester, and they undercut us on my wife's trade-in. I was ready to walk out, but my wife wanted to make the purchase. When I asked about the trade-in value of my car, it was at a lower offer than the Chantilly dealership had made. When I had my vehicle serviced in Winchester, the walk-in service was much quicker than the appointment service; the car needed an inspection and oil change. During another service visit my vehicle was returned with tree sap stains in the paint, and fingerprints on the seats, and headliner. In addition, I had to continually follow up with the progress of the repairs. The staff was friendly, however their attention to detail was a little sketchy. The pick-up, and drop-off service was excellent, though. The driver was courteous, and on time. I don't expect perfection. But, I do expect to have my vehicle, and myself to be treated a little better than that. I usually try to have our cars serviced at my local mechanic, before contacting the dealership. I'm trying to be honest with my review, and not just go with the flow.

Need to have a front axle fixed, Malloy Toyota went above and beyond to fix my truck, gave them a 5 star, in fixing axle, and a few other thing that need adjusted, and all in 1 day. Great job, very pleased.
