Horrible experience. Paid $22 to ship time sensitive pkg to Blacksburg VA fromWinchester VA FED EX GROUND to arrive the next day. Tracking stated I had no shipments. Called recipient & pkg never arrived. Recheck track and told pkg was in KY would arrive at destination 2 days later. Too late total loss. Mail n Pack said they only ship and their resposibility ends there. After searching for numbers for Fed Ex I spent hours being tossed around the whole country of FedEx offices with only double talk (including from automated robots). I finally reached a Revenues Office and a human being who dispassionately let-me know that Fed Ex Ground does not necessarily mean next day, they in fact have 5 days to deliver, In addition, due to Corona virus they have suspended policy of reimbursing your losses due to their performance. They do not tell you this as the customer just blindly believes they will keep their promise. They took my money with no responsibility or accountability. BUYER BEWARE!
