The customer service at this location is lacking. The employee I asked a question too was rude and condescending… the cherry on top was at check out the young lady who verified my ID for the military discount said “tell your husband thank you for his service”. I’m not married, don’t wear any sort of ring, and I proudly served myself. Felt a tad sexist and was insulting to say the least. I will gladly drive the extra few miles to the other Winchester Lowe’s from now on.

Website shows things in store/in stock. Get there and the 4 items I needed were not in stock. Always with this specific store!!!!
I’ll just head to Home Depot from now on. I use lowes because of the great veterans discount. But I’m done wasting gas to find things aren’t in stock when the website shows multiple in stock and the stocker is too lazy to look for them or the website is wrong. Which?

This is a large Lowe's. Very well stocked. They honor the military discount. Employees seem helpful.

No carts whatsoever near the garden area. An employee was gracious enough to go to the parking lot and walk around to find me a cart. Once I walk in to shop…. The aisles are blocked can’t get thru to shop. At least 15 customers with carts in line to check out. One register open. Got in my car and left. Get your act together management!! Lost a lifetime customer here!

Some of the people that work there are very courteous and know how to help you. Others are just there for a job. They don't know how or don't want to help the customer. Good thing I kept a phone number from a vendors regional salesman from 2 years ago. I ordered a truck load of retaining wall block back then and corners for it. The customer service rep told me they don't carry corner block, I told them they can order it. They had no clue how to do it. So I called the salesman on my phone and helped them do they're job. What ever happened to customer service in this country.

Ordered online Saturday night, waited for them to send us a email but they didn't even let us know they were out of a item until we contacted them.
Had a conversation with someone asked for the district managers number and hung up on us.
Not really sure if they are being trained properly as you shouldn't hang up on a customer when they ask for a higher up authority to contact, do better Lowes or Small Businesses will get more attention.
I can walk in a small hardware store and get a smile and find a employee in 5 secs but when i go to lowes no one greets you, no one smiles and it takes longer then 5 mins to find an employee. I am sure your short staffed but Small businesses are one up on their customer service and friendly hospitality.
I appreciate the veteran discount you guys give but i also can get that from my local hardware store. Hopefully you can redeem yourself but i wont hold my breath.
