5/27/24: Ordered a "New" Ariens Ikon 60 inch Zero Turn mower last week, it got delivered today. The condition was completely unacceptable, to start, it was last year's model and we are in the middle of 2024 so to receive a 2023 model was not a good start and it showed there was rust EVERYWHERE along with alot of dings and scratches, and extremely dirty and in poor condition, it almost looks used. I called Lowes immediately and instead of coming right back and picking it up I had to schedule a new pick up date which is infuriating because now this mower has to take up space in my driveway for the next couple days on a pallet and it's unusable, at-least I refuse to use it. For Lowe's to try and pull one over on a Veteran on Memorial day weekend is also infuriating. I won't be shopping at Lowe's anymore after this unless it's a very last resort.
Update #1 5/29/24: Lowe's responded to my review instructing me to contact the generic customer service line and the girl I spoke to had no clue about this review response, the only thing she could do was put me into contact with the local store manager to schedule a new pick up date since Lowe's did not show for the originally scheduled Return pick up which is now turning into a big ordeal for a simple return. Needless to say, I'm more upset today over the missed pick up last night and zero communication that they were not coming than I am about the original problem. Get your stuff together Lowe's because you're about to lose a substantial amount of paying customers who spend ALOT of money at your stores, but from what I've seen so far the bar is set pretty low and my hopes are low.
Update #2 The local store manager did not reach out to me within 24 hours so I contacted customer service AGAIN and I asked to speak with one of their managers and Tiffany decided it was better to just hang up on me. So this is great, I still have a lawn mower sitting in my driveway that I do not want and I am NOT paying for and Lowe's Customer Service and management is incapable, incompetent, or both... I'm about to just get a lawyer.

So we went yesterday to purchase a refrigerator that's on sale and was told we could pick up today,,we have gotten the complete runaround on this refrigerator,long story short no we didn't get it after they called and told us it was there,we go and its not there, now waiting for money to be refunded,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS,We were here at least once a week, never again I'll find somewhere else to go.. even if it means paying more..

Please teach your employees the strength skills as they struggled to get some doors in my truck. Maybe buy them a gym pass so they can become stronger for curbside. People need help and when you send out 2 small guys with 100lb doors need some muscles.
