I was able to get an appointment with stylist Kiersten and she did a fantastic job! Kiersten took her time and listened carefully to my hair concerns. I also felt like I was given the royal treatment. Everyone here is very friendly and down to earth. I walked out feeling like a million bucks . Thank you Kiersten!

The owner is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and careless. They made me an appointment with the owner for multiple services totaling almost three hundred dollars. A new girl started working on my hair and needed guidance the whole time. Not once did the owner assist. I paid the price one would pay for services with a master stylist. What I got was: hair cut totally off and the stylist NEVER ASKED IF SHE COULD. In addition, VISIBLE BLEACH SPOTS on my scalp and A PERIOD OF ANXIETY, ANGER AND FEELING OF DISRESPECT! I left the salon, to redress the situation, I called several times, left messages and emailed her. SHES A RIP OFF ARTIST!

The lady was more focused on my hair color and how she wanted my color. She cut my hair crooked as all get out. She didn't style it to much after the cut , but enough that I wouldn't notice how crooked it was. I have been fighting with my hair ever since, because I have to leave it grow out so it can be fixed by the one I went to before her. NEVER AGAIN will I go to them.

Sarah, the New Owner did a wonderful job on my hair as she has done for many years. She was able to accommodate my daughter’s hair (visiting out of state) at the same time as my appointment. I always feel BEAUTIFUL when leaving LL McKee Salon. The salon is open and spacious with hairdressers who can accommodate any hair cut/style/color needed. I always appreciate all the hair advice, tips and tricks given. All reasons why I keep seeing Sarah! Highly recommend to any newcomers in the area or if you’re looking for a professional, clean and warm salon.

I recently found the Salon during an online search. I had been with the same wonderful hairdresser in Pennsylvania for 35 years and I wondered how I would ever find anyone to replace her. Well, I did. Coming to LLMcKee was a godsend. The salon has a lot of natural light and the atmosphere is professional but comfortable. Sarah was wonderful. She is intuitive, creative and she LISTENS to the client. She also advised me on how to care if my hair with the very hard water. I purchased the shampoo/conditioner because I loved how my hair felt and I love the tweaking of the style I'd had for years. My hair feels wonderful. I've found my hairstyling home. I'll be back.... I don’t recommend anyone receive any services from them. I had my first micro blade appointment done in June. I scheduled a touch up appointment on site to ensure that I would receive the eyebrow touch up price. A week before this appointment, I was called by them in an attempt to reschedule, because Carlos just “wasn’t interested in doing it anymore” and didn’t want to have to come in for a few appointments. I explained there was no way to move this as I was out of town. That was fine, and we did not move the appointment. The day of the appointment comes, and I drive an hour and a half to be greeted with a locked door and no signs indicating why they’d be closed on a day they advertise as being open. No one was there. No one has returned my phone calls. Horrible customer service.

I love all the ladies at this salon. They are friendly and make your visit personal. I truly believe they care about their clients. I appreciate the knowledge they have and that they are always learning about new products and techniques to be current.
