“This is one of the smaller (and older) ABC stores in Winchester. However, it is at a good location on the eastern side of Winchester, has a good selection of beverages, and is never too busy, even during Covid limited hours. Like all the Virginia ABC stores I've used, the staff is friendly and eager to help out.”

“Everything there I was looking for!! State liquor tax must be insane in Virginia and W.V. as a bottle of Jameson was $25 in Mississippi, same bottle is $45 here. Not the stores fault but ridiculous nonetheless”

“Only local ABC open till 10pm on SAT.Was greeted by friendly staff members upon walking in. They were able to point me to what was looking for within seconds. Highly recommend DR. STONER'S HERB WHISKEY, its what i was searching for. Goes great with peppermint/black sweet tea.”
