I recently had my MC, Cedric there. He got great care, I had to leave him just for the day but they kept me well informed of his progress. They were very caring and great with him.

When I moved to Winchester, I went to a different clinic first, but didn't love it. Unsolicited, my neighbor recommended Linden Heights. I tried it and loved it immediately. Both Drs. Ward and Joyce are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They are prompt and they follow-through. They always make sure all questions are answered. Most of the front office staff know me instantly when I call, and they all show interest and care for my dogs. I have 5 dogs and have been going there for about 6 months. We've been seen for urgent and routine things, minor and serious things. I've been told good news and bad news. I've called, emailed, and scheduled online. When one of my pups had to spend the day there, he cried in his kennel, so they held him and gave him special attention. They even helped when I needed advice about what to do with my dogs when my foster dog had fleas - surprise! I truly have nothing but tons of wonderful things to say about everyone I've worked with at Linden Heights.

We’ve been going to Linden Heights for over 15 years. We’ve seen lots of different vets come through and a couple what appeared to be management changes in the recent years. In all honesty, there were a couple times I considered changing to a different clinic. The past year or so I have been glad that I didn’t. Today, late afternoon, we realized our dog needed to be seen and we were concerned it might be a spinal injury. We called Linden, fully expecting to not be seen today, but hoping for a miracle that we wouldn’t need to head over to the emergency vet. They heard our concerns and got us in less than an hour from when we made the call. I fully understand that this won’t always be the norm, but it reassured me that if they COULD they WOULD and that’s what matters. Dr. Ward saw our boy, eased our fears, and sent us home with a plan. I’m glad we stuck it out over those few rough years and I appreciate the team at Linden Heights so much.

Absolutely love Linden Heights! There have been a couple of occasions where we’ve needed a last minute appointment for our dog and the reception staff has been incredible with scheduling day of. Dr. Joyce and her team are so kind and wonderful. 10/10!

This was my first time here and truthfully I couldn't have asked for better service, vet techs, and the vet him self. Very nice people ,I'm from WV and the doctors around here does not like the type of breed of dog I have ( Rottweiler) I have had very bad experiences around wv , I found these people on Google, they got her in within a couple of days and they treated her so good especially when she was nervous and scared , the vet knows what he's talking about with this breed of dog, they listen to what you have to tell them and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this place ! Definitely will be coming back .

I had a normal wellness appointment schedules for next week when one of my cats started peeing blood (sorry, happens). They got her in for a hospital stay. Seems I'm scared mom, BUT! they were very kind when I called early to check on her. Dr. Ward who saw her gave a very good and thorough call when he called after seeing her. AND they called the next day to check on her. I'll review again after a normal, non urgent appointment but I'm very happy already with Linden Heights.

They always treat Neve Rose with the urgency needed at the time. She was not even a patient the first time I called them and our own vet office wanting to send us to the ER instead of seeing her for an eye issue. They saw her same day and had a treatment plan in place and ultimately surgery was needed. We stayed with them after and they have done amazing at treating us with respect and follow up and offer different options based on what is needed but also cost. Definitely recommend.

We’ve been dealing with Linden Heights for about 3-5 yrs. with our four cats. They’ve gone through management/staff changes, but now Dr. Ward & Dr. Joyce are there with a permanent staff. Bedside manner means a lot to us & everyone is great to deal with! Everyone takes as much time as needed to care for your pets. Facilities are always clean. Their up to date with modern treatments & care. Highly recommend Linden Heights.

Dr. Joyce and her staff were amazing. They were able to fit me in for an emergency visit. Even though they were short a doctor. She took great care of my cat and took her time to truly make sure he’s ok. I’ve used this vet for years and I always appreciate them.
