Megan was extremely helpful and efficient. She walked me through each process of where various income and deductions were coming from and even caught a key mistake I made when providing my bank routing information! All while I waited though she also offered a drop off service too. This was my first time here and I would highly recommend it!

My wife and I agreed to do our first tax filing with a pro at this location and we have nothing but positive remarks. Megan is attentive, helpful and highly knowledgeable in regards to tax preparation. She explains everything she intends to do, allows questions you might have and delivers on her assurances. We had two small (30 min) appointments with her and we were all done with 2022 taxes. Considering that tax appointments can take hours, this speaks volume to how much she values her clients time. Lastly, Megan will aim to get you the highest refund possible for your tax situation. That is amazing for families who work hard and lose money for doing such. Thank you to all the staff at this location, you have mastered customer service and quality. We will be returning!

Megan was friendly, fast, and easy to work with. I had many questions for this year and things to consider for future tax filing, all of which were answered clearly and with specificity to my individual tax situation. When we discussed price, Megan said, “I’m worth it!” And she was 100% correct. Great service!

I could not say better things about this place! I filed my taxes at the Winchester, VA location with Megan and she was awesome! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Being newly self-employed last year, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood what was what. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I went to liberty tax after years of turbo tax. And I must say it was such a good experience I will most definitely be returning! Megan landis worked with me last year and this year and I’m so grateful! She’s amazing and calmly explains everything so it’s understandable!

Megan was absolutely amazing!!! I went into the office with a ton of anxiety because I needed to make some changes to my return and she reassured me that everything was going to be just fine!
