Do not buy from here.Bought a diesel truck from this lot that had problems from the start. They only care about making a sale.Plenty of other reputable places to buy a used vehicle from. This used car lot is one of the shadiest in Winchester.

I was looking at a Vehicle on their lot iv'e seen for sale online. Before driving to the lot i asked if the vehicle had rust (the pictures looked like it had some on the frame) i received a reply saying it had no rust. I decided to go check it out. Pulled into the lot and started checking out the vehicle, Now i'm pretty mechanically inclined so i know what to look for and what to walk away from. First issue i found was it indeed had rust on the Frame. Some areas worse than others, more than just surface rust. So that was a lie. 2nd concern was oil on the bottom of the transmission and engine. I test drive the vehicle and seemed okay but wasn't set on buying yet because i was shopping around an wanted to see what interest rate i would receive if i financed through them with a 60% down payment. Jim calls same day and tells me what the APR would be and monthly payments. I Wasn't thrilled on the rate even though i have excellent credit and with a huge down payment. Jim calls me the next day TWO hours before they open to touch base, i asked him if i decided to just pay for the vehicle cash would you drop down a thousand? (doesn't hurt to ask right?) immediately! Jim's personalty turned rude and unsettling. He says "Excuse me?" i already dropped the price a grand which wasn't true. At that point he wishes i told him that yesterday and he was going to put the car back out on the lot. I said fine. I told him that day i was shopping around and wasn't dead set on purchasing . His attitude on the phone left a bad taste in my mouth and thankfully his true colors came out which prevented me from purchasing from them. Not the type of people i trust to give thousands of dollars to for a vehicle sold "as is" with NO kind of warranty. DON'T LET THESE GUYS TAKE YOU FOR A FOOL!

Bought a pristine 2004 Accord at a good price. Was made an offer at $5850 but took a few days to consider. When I called Jim Hoover, the salesman, he had been made a couple offers at $6400, but told me that if I came to buy the car he would honor his initial offer of $5850. I know for a fact that the other dealers I went to would not have offered me that same luxury, and his character and personality were an influencing factor in my purchase.

The good: Got a good automobile for a fair price. The staff was professional and courteous, and seemed to be fairly knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. The bad: The professionalism seemed to stop after the sale. The salesman had told me that he'd get me the spare key, but never called me back. Three weeks later I stopped in to ask and he flatly replied that it couldn't be found. A new key cost $180, so I suggested that we split the cost of a new one since he'd told me that he'd get me the spare before I'd purchased the car. He said he'd run it by the boss and call me back. Didn't hear anything for a month, so I bought one myself. So, that was an unexpected $180 bill right before Christmas. I doubt I'll purchase here again.

This was one of the worst dealers! They sold us a car that had a major safety issue knowing we had an infant. The car had an inspection sticker on it dated a month ago but the mechanic that looked at it said that it wouldn't have passed inspection. All in all they just sold us lies!
