I love State farm! I was a little upset because I got another car and I had a two-car policy but then I wanted to stop the two-car policy but everybody was so respectful at the office on Weems Lane in Winchester Virginia and they help me and they got it done! And I just wanted to give them five stars!!

Melissa is one of the most helpful individuals you will ever meet. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best customer service. She has a great personality. She makes you feel like you are sitting with a friend whom you laugh with. It doesn't seem like you are conducting business transactions. Not everyone can enjoy Melissa's expertise, however, all the ladies are just as helpful, they are there to help and make sure you are taken care of and happy with the experience. Recently Sharon Shifflett helped me with questions regarding my Life Insurance policy as I approach the age of 70. She got me the help I needed to understand the difference between The Guaranteed Issue Final Expense policy and and continuing a Whole Life policy.
