I can’t say enough good about the Kern Motor Company Service Department. I’ve been treated so well and they always make sure of the issue before throwing a bunch of parts at problems. My Yukon has had A LOT of work done on it and I won’t take it anywhere else for my future needs.

Kyle in service was amazing and so helpful in getting us a new tire while we were traveling. When I called local Chevy dealerships they wouldn’t even talk to me and one actually referred me to call this GMC dealer for my Tahoe. I’m grateful we did! They didn't have any tires in stock but Kyle took the time to check and was able to get one from the warehouse by the time we got there. We were in and out and back on the road in no time! Huge thank you to Kyle, we appreciate you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kerns GMC. The customer service was nonexistent. When I took my car in for what should have been a simple repair, they completely disassembled it and then informed me they needed to keep it for an extended period. Despite this, they refused to provide a loaner vehicle, leaving me stranded without transportation. Worse, they demanded an exorbitant fee to reassemble my car if I wanted to take it elsewhere. This dealership's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

I looked at a 2024 Buick Encore, not because I needed a new car, but because I liked the color and the style.
I didn’t buy that day because the one I was looking at didn’t have all of the features that I wanted.
Brian and Rhonda went above and beyond for me and custom ordered my perfect Encore.
They are wonderful people!

The entire service department was so nice and helpful after some major issues with a newly bought car (from a different company).
Kyle was beyond helpful getting everything done and really went above and beyond with helping me get my Buick Verono (2016) fixed! I am very grateful for everything they've done for me! I 100% trust them with any vehicle I bring in!

It sounds frustrating to have had a poor experience at Kerns Motor Company in Winchester, VA. It's disappointing when customer service doesn't meet expectations, especially when you're looking to make a purchase. It might be worth sharing my feedback directly with Kern Winchester's management or through online reviews to help them understand where they can improve. We decided to drive to Leesburg VA to make our purchase.

Very unprofessional, argumentative, and non communicative when it comes to updates about your vehicle. Overall not a great experience for me, and very frustrating one in fact and the only person I delt with was the manager so that speaks volumes. Still left my car with scratches. My recommendation would be to develop a better system for your clients when it comes to communication. Not exactly sure what the purpose of your front desk employees are seeing as they also offered me false information.

Bought a new Thunderstom Gray Sierra 1500 AT4 from Kern Motor Company and could not be happier. I dread car shopping and been looking at these trucks for months. May had some good discounts I couldn't pass up and did inquiries at multiple dealers in NOVA and Rhonda from Kern was the only one to reply. The negotiation process was stress free and we did everything via phone, text, and email. This saved me the hours typically spent at a dealership. We coordinated a time for me to meet her and purchase the truck, 1 hour tops and we were done. Carson gave me a tour of the new truck, went over all the features, and demonstrated some new things i wasn't familiar with. He really knew the product. I highly recommend Rhonda and Kern Motor Co if you are looking for a new Buick or GMC.

I at first wasn’t impressed with the high pressure sales in the service department. They tried to sell a service that was not in my owners manual service interval. However after speaking with Brian Nealis, who took the time to hear my issue and resolve my concerns I can honestly give them a 5 star review. I’ve been in the GMC family for over 20 years, and will continue to be.

Although I didn’t purchase a car through this dealer I did spend some time here with Mr Lutman looking at a Buick Envision they had on the lot. He was super helpful throughout the entire experience and was fun to chat with on the test drives I took. Despite a deal not working out this time I will most certainly remember this experience and recommend him and the Kern dealer for anyone looking for a Buick or GMC product!
