These guys were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful, and got my car towed in a timely manner (especially considering how bad traffic is in Winchester). I appreciate how they stayed in touch with me regularly with text messages and calls and charged a fair price.

I Locked myself out of our house in Winchester. Josue was extremely responsive, professional and although he was not able to get me in my house he phoned an equally responsive locksmith who was able to help. Josue went out of his way and made sure the locksmith was on his way before he left. I can’t say thank you enough! I will forever call and refer JR towing in the area because of his prompt attention and genuine concern for a neighbor in need.

First move was good but second one , he used a knife for find something he doesn't know and broke the car , they know my car won't start but the way they loaded the car on the floor was very aggressive and might break many things inside!!

Great friendly quick service. They delivered when AAA wouldn’t. I called AAA and waited 2 hours on the side of 81 with no updates from whatever tow set they were supposed to send. I finally called JR and they were there within 20 minutes and towed home before AAA even called me back. Highly recommend!

The most wonderful guys! We broke down on our way out of town, an hour and a half away. Insurance couldn’t find us any company that would agree to come get us; everyone was saying no it was too far, or they were short staffed. As soon as they answered the phone they said they would come!!! We had been sitting with a dead engine on the side of the interstate for 2 hours in the cold and we were so thankful! Very friendly and professional. 5 stars and would highly recommend!!!

We had locked ourselves out of the car and had our children with us..I called them on a Sunday evening and with 15 minutes of calling they had gotten to us and got us in our truck in no time! So friendly and fast! Nothing but positive to say!
