Malloy Chevrolet owe me $4,300 and will not take or return my phone calls. I signed a cancellation of warranties form back in October and was told my refund would take 4-6 weeks. Tommow will be 20 December and I'm still waiting on m money or at least a return phone call.

Deceitful. Dishonest. False advertising. We confirmed the price twice with two different employees prior to making the 4 hour round trip for nothing but a donut and the run-around. When they were confronted by THEIR mistake, we were treated poorly with at least five excuses for the ridiculous price hike/adjustment, and they couldn't get us out the door fast enough. One salesman who hounded us for the appointment snuck away and hid and the other one was rude and defensive. Save the stress and AVOID this dealer. Crushing disappointment. Not worth the donut!!!!The general manager stated he would look into it and call back the next day.We are still waiting for the call two days later. They don't care about the customer. It's obvious.

This was by far my best experience at any dealership, ever. Allen and Nick will tirelessly do anything he can to get you in the vehicle you truly want, morning noon and night. No pressure from them or typical car salesman tactics. They actually care about you and your needs. I honestly wish I could buy more cars from them. I never thought a car buying experience like this was possible. A true delight! Every conversation with every employee was positive but Allen and Nick will go to bat and go the extra mile to put you in your dream car!

I was 400 miles from where I bought a 2016 Silverado when I ran into issues. I found the nearest Chevrolet deal and to my luck it was Malloy Chevrolet. Service department took me right in, identified the issues and did the repair having me back on the road quickly. RJ and the tech Will were great explaining to me all of what was going on and to watch for in the future. Excellent service! Thank you!

I have used Malloy Chevrolet for all maintenance on my Tahoe and have only had good experiences. They are quick/efficient and never try to upsell add on services. I also appreciate that a service specialist or technician always speaks to you about the work they did when they are finished, prior to paying.

Purchased a high end car from these guys. Would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase from them. They misspelled sales documents repeatedly. We prepaid for delivery of our vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, the RUSSIAN person told us (in extremely broken english) that we owed money and would not release the vehicle. It took hours to get this resolved and the gentlemen would not leave our property. It took over 2 months for them to send us our registration and license plates as the guy that sold us the vehicle apparently was no longer employed there and everything that we were in the middle of was just dropped. On top of all of this, our credit was completely exploited as we began receiving endless spam emails from creditors. We also received notifications from Experian that our personal information was found on the dark web. Malloy Chevrolet is completely disorganized and the manager was not helpful in resolving any of the above issues. I would never recommend them.

Kelci was my service advisor and has been for a couple of years. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She provides excellent advice and is a pleasure to work with. Although I have never met the service techs, their work always seems to be spot on!

The whole experience was great, from when we first drove onto the lot to when we left, happy with our new car.Allen helped us, greeted us as soon as we got there and hit the ground running. He listened to everything we were looking for and went above and beyond through the whole process. I’ll definitely be recommending him and the rest of the team to anyone who mentions they want a new car.

Truck was delayed almost a month with little to no communication unless I asked for it. After finally purchasing the truck, the dealership took so long to cash my checks and submit the paperwork to the DMV, that the bank has threatened to raise my interest rate on my loan.Again, all this info was never shared with me; after my bank contacted me, I had to call and ask the dealership why it had taken so long (10 days after date of purchase).The only saving grace for my experience with this dealership was Steve and Rick, who were extremely respectful, professional, and patient. The staff in general seems respectful, but their system has been horribly inefficient.This is still ongoing, so I'll be glad when I'm done with this.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience recently in purchasing our new Chevy Trax. Our salesman, Allen, was awesome, super nice, and very helpful with the process. Everyone we talked to was fantastic. If you’re looking for a vehicle in the Winchester area, we definitely recommend Allen and Malloy Chevy!
