Everything was going OK until I asked about 3 times to give me an invoice estimate. Then the manager was unpleasant. Definitely, I'm not going to that place ever again. Car is worse than when I went there, and they are charging an arm and a leg for their service.

I went here the other day and found the parking lot filled to the brim with vehicles ( i.e ones for sale or owned by workers). I am an experienced driver with a CDL yet found it uncomfortable trying to maneuver around so many vehicles. Spaces were way too tight. I had trouble finding a spot to park. Quite an uninviting experience. The employees I interacted with were sympathetic to my situation and tried to help. The show room did not have many customers, perhaps because potential customers could not find a place to park???

I took my new model vehicle in to do routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and fix a taillight. My taillight was fixed, but my oil was not changed, fluids were low and someone else’s sticker was placed on my car.
I contacted service to let them know what happened on 2 separate occasions. I never received an apology and they refused to correct the issue. I was given the response of “human error happens”. Very disappointing when I paid for service I never received. Will not be doing business again.

We recently purchased a 2024 Silverado Hd2500.
We found the listing online and contacted the dealership. After a little negotiation and several phone calls, the truck was ours. We had a trade which went smoothly and they made us an offer sight unseen as we live in Central Pennsylvania.
The truck was delivered to our home and we took care of paperwork at our dining room table. The only glitches were that we had to call several times to get copies of the paperwork. It took a few weeks to get Pennsylvania plates so we ran Virginia temporary tags which when about to run out, the dealership overnighted another one. We were then notified by our local notary that they had the paperwork and we could come in and take care of the transfer. Apparently, the dealership uses a third party for that. The process was a bit confusing but all worked out in the end. I’m leaving the review because I had read some negative reviews for Malloy and it almost kept us from doing business with them. We found it to be a positive experience.

Brought in my daughters truck because the power steering went out as well as numerous other lights and indicators going off. Dropped it off late Friday afternoon. They looked at it Monday morning and fixed it by noon. So far, I am impressed with speed and friendliness of service.

Buyer Beware: Deceptive Practices
I recently sought to purchase a orange 2018 Mustang GT listed on this dealership's website, which was advertised with claims of being tuned and having various exhaust modifications. Unfortunately, my experience revealed significant discrepancies between the listing and the actual condition of the car.
As an out-of-state buyer, I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The inspector identified several critical issues, including error codes indicating multiple misfires in several cylinders, a check engine light, panel gaps, and problems with starting and maintaining operation. Despite these serious concerns, the salesman initially withheld crucial information about the car’s true condition.
Additionally, I observed discrepancies between the images on the website and the actual car, including changes in the wheels that were featured online versus what was on the vehicle. These inconsistencies suggest a pattern of deceptive practices.
When I raised these issues, the salesman only then mentioned that the car had been detuned—a detail that should have been disclosed upfront. This omission, combined with misleading information provided throughout the process, highlights a troubling level of dishonesty.
Given my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Also if you go on cars. Com, and reddit and type in this dealership's name these things that are common with this dealership if you read the 1 star reviews others have bought cars that were new or used and had transmission issues, engineer issues and ect I wish I would've trusted the reviews before I had them run my credit for the car but this seems to be a trend with this dealership maybe you won't have the same experience that I and others had but this is something to look out for

How this place has the rating it has now proves to me its because there's literally no options around here other than them. I travel fit my job and am here for 6 months. Brought my car in for an oil service and it was awful. I question if they even checked to see if my car needed anything other than the service dump and go that they did. I needed wipers but gave up because they were clearly in over their heads that day. Communication was zero. 10/10 Do NOT recommend.

Irresponsible, unprofessional, and lacking ethics and respect for the customer. I started my process to purchase the Camaro of my dreams, without wasting time, credit approved in 5 minutes, in continuous contact with the dealer. With a Purchase Agreement issued, all this in less than 24 hours, and they sold my car behind closed doors. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM**

Malloy was amazing to work with. They went out of their way to make sure I was updated and had a courtesy vehicle since General Motors has failed. I highly recommend Malloy!! As far as GM not so much the fact that I had to wait 2 months for a part that I am sure is being put in new trucks daily is absurd.

terrible service. they will lie about your credit score. tell you that they need 20k for a down payment. give you the lowest offer for a trade in they possibly can then when you say you’re leaving bring up that trade in $7000 extra
