During a hail storm, my roof was significantly damaged. Allstate sent out a representative to check the damage. They were so easy to work with. Looked at the damage, and decided a new roof was needed. Everything was seamless, and stress free. It’s the first claim I’ve made on my policy, and I was very happy, with the way they handled everything. My agent, Jennifer Smith, is awesome, and the company took care of my needs. With Allstate, you’re in good hands.

Jennifer has been our insurance agent for years now. She has went above and beyond for our family from day one and continues to do so. We switched to Allstate from another large insurance company and have zero regrets. From filing a claim for a leaking roof, to adding a newly licensed teen driver, Allstate's process has been seamless and Jennifer's dedication to excellent customer service has been a huge part of that for us. Jennifer and her staff pay attention to my needs and concerns. They provide knowledge of their products and services in easy to understand terms. Jennifer provides guidance and makes recommendations based on input and feedback from joint discussions. While she may recommend, she allows for my perspective to be a part of the equation when finalizing my products and services. And most importantly I get personal, one on one support whenever necessary or requested - which to me is what separates the agency from the rest of the options available to me.Since switching over from GEICO a few years ago I’ve witnessed a “night and day” difference in the relationship department with my insurance needs - I’m a big fan!
