I have been going to Shawnta' for the last 10 years and she's never disappointed! Anytime I'm complimented or asked about my hair I always point them in her direction. A lot of my requests have been things she's never tried before, But she does go all out to do research for something she's new to. The blue hair is something I've been wanting for a while now and it turned out even better than I was hoping for! I won't let anyone, but her touch my hair. She always does a 5* job!

Snow has been doing my hair for almost two years. The first time I went to her she repaired a terrible hair color I had had done the day before. She worked a miracle! I’ve been going to her since. Snow is a delight—fun and friendly. And she’s an expert! Competent, with attention to detail. And so kind and gracious. I highly recommend her!!!!!

I initially had an issue with a stylist there but I spoke with the manager and she told me to come back later that day. When I got there, she fixed my hair and did a great job. Thanks Becky

Snow is a great stylist, I had a great experience here and highly recommend the salon. I would say just make sure that you bring a picture of the style or coloring you want.

The lady was really nice, but she didn't at all listen to what I showed her or told her. I said don't go short and she cut it short, highlighted from the middle of the hair, expected me to fix my hair at home and didn't cut evenly at all. Have to go somewhere else to fix my hair.Service: Hair coloring

I normally come here every once in awhile for a trim but won’t be coming anymore. I walked in and there was an elder asian women that works there that was talking very loud and clearly saw me sitting in the waiting room and didn’t acknowledge me until i asked if i can get a haircut and she was very rude and wouldn’t answer my question so as i walked out her and a hefty women on a wheelchair just laughed. I wasn’t disrespectful at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

I absolutely love Shawnta at Winchester, Va JCPenny hair Salon, I had no idea there would be a great hair stylist there for my hair type, Wow, was I ever so surprised, my hair experience was superb! I look forward to my hair appt scheduled regularly, the hair experience with her is awesome, she's so full of knowledge and experience! My experience was very disappointing. I went in for Mothers Day to treat myself and really felt embarrassed with the result I walked away with not once but twice. I went back the next day to have it fixed and now my hair is Red not at all the experience I was looking for nor the result of my hair color. My experience was with just one of the stylist so I can’t speak on all but most definitely did not have a good experience with the lady that did my color. I now will have to pay once again to have color done as I will not return for a third time.Service: Hair coloring

My good friend used this salon just recently and her hair color was terrible and the manager was not willing to rectify this issue for her. Please shop around before going here to do business.
