“For a long time Winchester Wireless was the only internet service with unlimited data available to me. From day one customer service was always terrific. Speeds were not always great, but we're usually enough for us to watch Netflix. Gaming was not great, sometimes it worked ok but other days were solitaire days. I recently got starlink so I did cancel my service, but still think Winchester Wireless is a good service.”

I went in to see what my options were for an upgrade due to my 2 year old phone starting to having issues (which is frustrating on verizon/Samsung's end but not his fault). I wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet, but he took his time going over all the plans and promotions available to me. I will definitely go back and see him when I'm ready to upgrade. They may get busy as the reviews say but the staff do care about their customers. The cellphone experience is cheaper and better than the competition.”
