“My experience purchasing a washer and dryer from the Lowe's in Winchester, VA, on Market St, started off to be a very negative experience. They did not have the dryer I wanted in stock so Katie called and found one in Front Royal. Well, when they went to pick it up, it was no longer there. No one called me to tell me this. When I called to verify, I was put on hold, transferred and hung up on several times. After 3 days of this, I finally spoke with a manager whose name is Evan. Well, Evan was wonderful! He kept calm, put me on hold while researched the set I wanted. It turns out, they were not even available from the distribution center. There was one other set that interested me, and that as well was not available. Evan remained calm and helpful, he asked if I would be open to another brand and I said yes. He recommended the LG set and after researching the reviews, and having Evan's personal experience with them, I decided to purchase that set. I made the trip over to Lowe's, found Evan and he helped explain the washer and dryer to me, and also matched the price to what I would have paid if I had gotten the Samsung set I initially wanted. So, even though my experience was very frustrating and maddening at the beginning, I have to seriously give all the credit to Evan at the Lowe's in Winchester VA. He was extremely professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and it ended up being a very great experience afterall!”
