These guys are so nice and helpful! I called and spoke with Bill asking if they could put my lawn mower tire back on the rim (I tried to help my husband by mowing the grass and failed). Bill told me it would be no problem and to come in at any time. I brought my tire in and the team here greeted me with smiles and kindness even though I was very embarrassed about my predicament. Bill quickly took the tire and had it fixed in less than 5 mins, and didn’t even charge me. This act speaks true volume to their commitment to serving our community. Thank you all so much!

I replaced my wheel bearing last year and they told me I dont have them on right and when I asked him about him about it he got in MY face and yelled that I don't follow the law and I don't put them on right. So when I walked out he followed me out yelling in my face. It is wild how that passed last year and now they failed. It just seems this place is just looking for things just to get a buck.

I don't usually leave reviews, however me and my wife were going on a vacation and our car started breaking down near Winchester, VA and we needed help. They graciously took us in under short notice and got us back on the road in no time. They were extremely kind, understanding,accommodating to our situation. And if I lived down in Winchester, they would be the only shop I would go to for my car. Thank you all so much!

Not happy with the way they go about their service . Their pricing is high & looking for problems that I did not ask them to look for. My battery was just fine have not had any problems but when I went to pick up for some reason they had to charge up my battery. Hum!!

On Friday my husband and I needed an oil change. They were able to get us in that morning. That evening we ended up with a bolt stuck in the tire. We ended up going again on Saturday morning and they were able to patch the tire and get us on our way in less than an hour. Amazing people, and great service.
