Rude. Doesn't except same forms of payment as all other HandyMarts. And prices are higher than other HM's by atleast 10%. But the Rudeness made the entire transaction not worth stopping. Keep going,I'm going to.

The manager (female) is by far one of the rudest, disrespectful, lazy and condescending people I’ve ever met. She almost always gives you push back about making anything. She told me once “you can just go to the grocery store and make it yourself”. Well if I wanted to do that or had time too I would but I came here to get it because it’s quicker. Being a manager it’s something that you have to support your business and drive profits but that’s hard when you’re trying to push your customers away. You don’t get a warm feel at all in that place and most of the time it’s stress and nerve wrecking just ordering breakfast. This location really needs a change in management and maybe some friendly people who don’t get put out or pissed off because you ask them to do what’s in their job description.

Just passing thru town. The store is beautifully clean, the donuts are fresh even at 8:30pm, and the two young men running the place tonight are helpful, kind spirited, and delightful. A+

was there after the holiday the lady in the front was super nice, she understand the feeling of the travelers. She offered the Hot coffee at Dunkin she said the donuts is always Fresh However, unfortunately, at the subway the staff are not very professional and friendly,I ordered the tuna sandwich not toast but she toasted it with no apology, she said she should not be working because she has a headache, After I paid, the register did not print a receipt, and she completely ignored me and walked away. I am not going back.

East to access from the road. Has a small Dunkin Donuts inside with a decent size of selections. The customer service is top notch. Thanks for great interactions. It’s nice to take a break from the road and interact with friendly people.

Nice, easy to access stop. It has a Subway inside. It's clean and a decent place to stop that's so close to the 81 entrance/exit that you can expect it to be an easy and quick stop. I love places that are close to the interstate exits so I don't waste a bunch of time trying to find a decent stop. Definitely competitive with anything else in the area for what it is.

Gas pumps never have receipts. I guess the employees are too lazy to put paper in them.

The store manager required me to show ID to buy a bic disposable lighter. He then lied and exclaimed that VA state law requires you to be 21yrs old. (I'm over 30 btw) I checked after leaving, there is no such law. That only applies to tobacco and alcohol. A disposable lighter is still considered a utility according to current state law. Sale to minors is legal. I will never make another purchase there. I don't appreciate being lied to, and this store policy is anti American.

Do. Not. Stop. Here. My child was washing her hands while we were in the stalls..and a cleaning woman standing there told her to not play in the sink as her grandmother and I were using the restroom. She wasnt. She even started explaining herself and her grandmother told her to not listen or talk to STRANGERS. Golden Rule. The worker started going off about breaking 'her' sink. With what...water?! Which was asked and she started going off on us. She said "you can clean it up then!"...clean what up?!. Are you kidding? Number one...it takes two seconds to wipe up a bit of water. She was talking with attitude the entire time and all of this was in front of a 6 year old little girl. We proceeded to go out and try to find a manager. A woman in a white shirt who I believe worked at the DD said the manager wasn't there and as she went to write down the address and Dave's name the other worker has now come out of the bathroom and is causing even more hell. Trying to now change her story to save her own a*** Shes doing all this while the white shirt worker is apologizing. Number one, if you have 3 kids..which was told to us to justify her behavior...didnt help..you know not to talk to children or tell another persons child what to do... especially since we were right there...on top of that dont speak to her rudely. Then she proceeded to talk rudely as we were leaving and arguing she would talk to management first. So, dear Dave...which I will try to find you another way... your employee..description: shes a bit heavy set, cleans the bathroom, has three kids...is incredibly rude to your customers and the children coming in. She needs to be fired and probably not work in customer service. She tried to point the blame all on us and change her words spoken when coming out. Couldnt hold it in though... Treat your customers right and DO NOT TALK to their kids especially if it's to be ridiculous or rude to them. I cant believe the attitude.

The employees here have always been cordial & helpful. The coffee is always fresh, the store overall is very clean, & the bathrooms are usually impeccable. This is my new spot for late night DD! I even am beginning to like country music now ?

The employees are straight up RUDE! They talk to you and look at you like you're trash for no reason whatsoever. I tried to order a wake up wrap with ham from the rude woman at the register and she responds with “I think we don't have ham†and she didn't even want to check if they had ham. GO CHECK! You can't just think. It's your job to check! I had to call to the woman cooking in the back to see if they had it (which they did). When I went to cash out with my Dunkin' Donuts card, she responds with “what am I looking at?†Hmmm, I don't know... maybe my form of payment? I can't be the only one that's ever showed you a DD card before. Everyone uses them. She finally figures out I would like to cash out with my DD card and she tells me to “read the numbers from your phone to me†I start calling out the first 6 numbers (SLOWLY) and she says “can you slow down?†I continue with the next 3 numbers then she tells me “put your phone down on the counter I'll write it down myself†🙄🙄🙄 So I put the phone on the counter, she writes down the numbers SLOW AS CAN BE, and the pen she is using barely works which made her take longer because she had to continuously trace them so she could actually see them 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ Needless to say this was a terrible experience and avoid stopping here. There are PLENTY of other places around.... RUDE is an understatement!!!!!
