I would like to praise this business for their very prompt call return! I am back home visiting and was looking to get an appointment for a cut and color at the last minute. When I called i had to leave a message stating what I was looking for which is understandable and tells me they give their clients 100% of their attention over phone calls instead of walking away mid-service leaving the client just sitting there wondering, “hey, am I not your main priority ?” RESPECTFULLY…they take care of the person in their chair first and but are very prompt to make sure their calls get answered quickly by someone who is not with a client! I received a call back in less than 5 minutes! Although they were not able to make me an appointment due to being booked solid as I forgot about it being the busiest month of the year due to the holidays, I WILL be calling back to make an appointment prior to coming for my next visit back home! I am sad I missed out this time but I am looking forward to the next time in the near future! Great customer relations and superior business ethics! I hope your staff have a wonderful holiday season. I look forward to coming back to meet you all. Thank you!!

Hannah was the absolute sweetest! I had been nervous going in because of a previous cut by another salon and shared that with her. She was so understanding and patient. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and my hair looks and feels beautiful! You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in every part of the salon. Everyone there was sweet and friendly and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place and these lovely people!!

Hannah was amazing! I'm sad to be moving out of the Winchester area soon. I happened to be there as a power outage in Old Town Winchester was occurring, but they all were flexible within the circumstances and knew the limits of what they could and couldn't do, which I think is IMPORTANT no matter the profession. They're very fair and realistic. Ever since I got a big chop, I've only ever gotten compliments and it's such an incredible self-esteem booster!

Just a trim today, and I am beyond happy with the results. I will 100% be going back for any future color and trims/cuts. Hannah was great! Very professional and friendly. I picked up some good hair tips for my curly hair as well. My hair looks great, smells great, and feels great. Her prices are fair as well. Super convenient location on the walking mall in Old Town Winchester at the end towards Cork Street. It is right across from the church. We always have Any style us and we buy our Moriccanoil Hair Products from her as well. She is the best by far!
