I've been a member at the Winchester OneLife Fitness center for 4 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The class instructors are all amazing and the coaches/trainers that I've worked with are fantastic. I'm in the gym 3-4 times a week and the facility is clean and well maintained, which is important to me. Whenever I have had a concern, the front desk personnel are attentive and do their best to address the issue. I regularly recommend this club to my family and friends.

Excellent clean gym at a great price. No wait time on cardio or free weights. Needs a steam room and cold plunge to get my five stars. though. Also the staff is excellent, and friendly. If you are looking for a place to work out, this is your spot... Looking for a day spa?... Not so much.

I decided to join in May 2023 after taking a decade long break from gym memberships. My 82-year-old father has been a member of Onelife since they opened and really likes it. So I decided to check it out. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by friendly people behind the desk. When I inquired about a tour and memberships I was introduced to Stephanie Canchanya. She listened to me as I told her my story, and what my goals were. She was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I still look for her on occasion and give her updates on my progress. We are always exchanging stories and updates to our own goals. Thank you Stephanie for being so instrumental in my fitness journey.

If you’re planning to workout between 3pm to 8:30, choose another place. Winchester is growing and this gym isn’t doing anything to improve the infrastructure. The result is a gym absolutely crowded, always busy and almost impossible to keep up with a good routine of exercises, unless you have $500 to spend with a personal trainer.

Facility is in excellent condition and overall clean. Mike and Logan at the front desk do an excellent job with Customer Service. They also have a lot of equipment that worked good for my father that was disabled.

I have been a member of onelife since they opened, but today I am very disappointed... I brought my daughter to the kids club for an hour and they told me that they couldn't take care of her and if I wanted I had to wait at least 30 minutes like what ? I'm not free all my time to get to the gym and sit and wait. My time is a treasure and I take advantage of every second. ?
