Helpful, sociable staff. The guy behind the counter was happy to look up the action figures I was hunting and letting me know that they werent in stock in any stores in the area. Which saved me from unnecessary driving. On the negative side, if GameStop advertises the new GIJoe Classified figures like they do, they oughta have them in store when you drop in.

It was 8:05 pm. A customer had just walked out. Yelp said the store closed at 9:00 PM. I wanted an Xbox X system. $500...Not a $20 game. It would've been a 5 min max transaction. But the individual (whom I assume was an employee) said he couldn't help me. After stating that Yelp has them open till 9:00 Pm, his only response was "on Fridays yes that's true". He could've have offered an additional "I'll make sure to tell those responsible to correct the issue." But alas, no..he did not. Really? How many times have you sat in the store getting paid for hours on end with no customers. Yet when someone arrives 5 min after closing time AND the door is Chiat closing from the last customer you can't be bothered! In his possible defense: Maybe he had a funeral to go to. Maybe he needed to get home to assist with an ailing loved one. Maybe he had a bad episode of IBS coming on. Maybe he had to get to his second job. Or Maybe..... he's an employee who doesn't understand how far 5 min of quality customer service goes. I doubt the owner would have dismissed a 5 min $500 transaction. As the employee approached, my olfactory system was assaulted by an inescapable malodorous wave of body stench mixed with sour dishrag. A not so subtle insidious non-verbal indicator of his failure to comprehend basic human interaction in the civilized world , let alone, be the client facing representative of a retail business. As an owner of a business with 50+ client facing employees for over 25 years, I'm no stranger to guiding employees of this caliber out the door.

This GameStop has incredible customer service, Aaron helped us with the store and we really connected with dnd, legends of Zelda, Pokemon, etc. We really appreciate his help! Never felt such a strong charisma level!! ??

Best GameStop in town. Aaron is incredibly helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions and help make sure we got everything we needed. Definitely the location we will be visiting from now on

If anyone is interested in buying cards at this place make sure you ask them about the policy because they scam your money even when you call corporate they don’t even help you this place has the worst costumer service for this issue I strongly recommend what you buy at this place

We come to Gamestop alot because I have 3 boys. I love their rewards program and my youngest son loves when they have 50% all of the clearance action figures because you can get some really nice ones for around $7-$20

This is a wonderful location. There are a few in Winchester to compete with but this store is at the top for me. The staff is always nice and willing to help any way they can. They provide a personalized experience and you can quickly tell they know their videogames. Every time I have been to this location I leave feeling I learned something new, bought a fun new item, or simply had a good browsing experience.
