About 5-7 years ago we purchased three exterior doors from Frogale Lumber. My professional contractor of 40 plus years informed me of the fact the all the doors are warped, and won't fit flush, hence they will leak air. I had the opportunity to personally speak face-to-face on atleast three occasions with Rob, the owner. Subsequently, after my third request for help/resolution, Rob had an employee, supposed expert visit and inspect. This expert instructed me to paint the doors.This expert also instructed me that this would correct the improper fitting that he confirmed. I questioned this approach. Ridiculous, right? My contactor agreed with me. I, once again spoke personally with the owner, Rob, and he basically blew me off. To date, not only do my doors not fit correctly/leak around the door frame, one has failed around the glass seal/the thermal quality has failed. I tried to address this early on to no avail. I regret choosing this company over Lowe's, or another company, who backs up their products, Sorry that I waited so long to post. This is only the beginning because I do not want others to experience this type of treatment. Joyce Weiiler

Interestingly enough, my last post was taken down from this platform. So, once again, around 5-7 years ago I purchased three exterior doors from Frogale Lumber in Winchester, VA. My contractor, with over 40 years' experience, installed the doors and informed me that the doors were defective/warped. I relayed this to the salesman on at least 4 occasions, I also had opportunities to speak with the owner, Rob, in person, while cutting his hair. To date I have basically been ignored. I am writing this in an effort to save others from this same treatment. I went with this company because they were family owned. Family-owned businesses should remember their predecessors' values and their roots. I'll go to Lowe's next time. I need a company that stands by their products, and so do you!

My contractors have always made the visits for lumber needs but I had to go personally to select replacement windows for our historic house in Winchester, VA. As I walked through the doors of the showroom I was immediately greeted with smiles. My salesman was Tony Sine for this job & five stars isn’t nearly enough for the top notch service provided. I had very little knowledge about windows and Tony thoroughly explained to my level of understanding for best purchase to meet my window needs. My family will continue for any future needs to always use Frogale! Highly recommend….thank you for the amazing service Tony Sine.

Very impressed with Frogale and especially their customer service. Frogale willingly helped us with our home addition. Within a ring or 2 there is always a voice on the other side of the phone (not a recording) and any email is met with a quick response. Frogale is an asset to the community -we are lucky to have a business that truly cares about the customer.

Had an amazing experience with Victor and Al as they volunteered to help deliver my molding. Such good guys and did a great job. Saved me from having any trouble with the load!!! Great company and associates! Highly recommend.
