Purchased a range from them over a year ago for a kitchen remodel. I've had problems with it since day one. Oven won't heat to proper temp, burners don't light, touch screen is missing functions. I immediately reported the issues to Ferguson and I'm repeatedly told that they'll work with the manufacturer to send someone out. A year later, and still no one has been scheduled to repair. No resolution from Ferguson - they've been paid in full prior to delivery so they don't care.

Was having some issues sourcing fixtures and sink hardware that would work with my setup/rough-in. Maureen was able to match the finish and work through all the details through her expertise and was extremely patient with me. I’ll definitely start with Fergusons next time when making selections.

Had a wonderful sales rep who helped us find the perfect tub and faucets I was looking for and a great price. Had it delivered ahead of time before our remodel began. We are very happy with our purchase.

Quality is great and prices are fair. However actually speaking to someone, or getting a response to an inquiry, feels like a Sisyphean task. Twice now I’ve been told I would get a call back and never heard a thing. And that’s with a commercial account!

I've had issues with another branch but never at Winchester - they are helpful and knowledgeable. It might take a little bit of time for a quote after attending an appointment but simply because they are busy, probably a good thing! Lindsay is always pleasant with the clients I send and I personally enjoy our interactions. Ferguson/build backs their products and in a world of construction material that has seen quality control decline, it's a number one priority for us to align with vendors that truly have our back. Don't hesitate to use them!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. First, the first time I went in there, I thought wow, they are helpful. Even though Lindsay didn't do anything she said she would, thus not helping at all, I didn't know who to go to when I needed a tub fast, now nearly two weeks ago. They got me a tub, a broken one. Sent me to Chantilly, VA to get another, more expensive tub. Not only was it broke, it was the wrong side drain. They gave me a credit, supposedly. It hasn't shown up yet, but didn't help me get another tub. Lindsay wrote to tell me she would call after 3 pm, but didn't. Then had the nerve to write this morning to sat to let her know if I need help and she's too busy to call me. So, no help again. I took the drain and other stuff back today because I don't have a tub. They were supposed to give me a refund, but it's showing as another charge on my credit card, pending. Omg. Incompetent, unhelpful, and greedy is how I describe Ferguson. And the way they run the warehouses, it's a wonder everything they sell isn't in pieces. I won't go back. Double charging me was the last straw for me to be a customer. Nope. Not buying from them again.

I bought $3,800 in faucets, shower head etc for my new bathroom on 3/7/2021. 3/9/2021 I decided to change the faucets color so I went ahead and cancelled the order wich had not received..it was on transit so ferguson redirect the order back to them. Ok I needed to wait for them to receive the orders bef they could credit me the money. Understood, no problem, went ahead and bought a different set from them and paid the full amount.As today 5/10/2021 ferguson still doesn't return $2,866. They insist they credited to my bank but my bank has not receive the money. If you call them, they are rude and keep insisting they credited and is my bank problem...keep calling my bank NWcredit union and they have not receive it.I will not recommend this business, is terrible if they need to return your money.

I'm a little late in posting this-after holidays..Maureen was most friendly helpful in my lighting fixtures for new home! Great Showroom..There's so many to choose! Found exactly what I wanted, it was taken down from display by next day for pickup..I 'shop local business, & will be back.
