They have no clue what customer service is. Drove 45 minutes (in my truck that gets 16mpg at $5 a gallon) to purchase a bit only to find out that there are employees in store, but they close the showroom at 2:30 (when their store hours online show them closing at 5pm) and would not give any assistance even though I was in the parking lot. Oh and they also have a pick up box outside of the door, but couldn’t use that to fill an order either. RIDICULOUS.

Can't even go in. You guys can't get an order right while I'm standing at the counter. Sure ain't gonna be able to over the phone. I'll never come back again.

I thought Fastenal was only bolts/wahers/nuts, etc. However, I discovered they also handle many other products. I needed good quality solder/heat shrink splice connectors. They have a large selection and had what I needed. I will definitely shop them more often!
