I am no longer comfortable shopping here.i have Family in this town. The fact that they have an employee calling customers, sick names and spreading rumors. i’m no longer shopping at Family Dollar after what my brother‘s wife just told me.

Prices could definitely be better since it's a family dollar not Target or Martins but it's not horrible it suffices for some needs that are immediate

We like this store a lot. Close by the house, bus stops right in front, and can either wait for bus, or can walk home. Many good deals, Vanessa is a great clerk

Manager has a really hard time & there is name calling &she called the police on a customer that was frustrating her with a transaction! It was unbelievable!

Friendly staff, clean store, large variety of products but low inventory of products in the grocery section.Update: shelves aren't empty any more. Last time i was there they were working on a reset. They don't seem to be moving everything around but i did have to stop and ask an associate where the moved what i was looking for. No biggie just the general nature of retail

Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, variety of items. Con: most items are more than 1 dollar, low staffing. Happen to pass by the area and decided to stop in to see if anything interesting is for sale. The parking lot is big so no issue there. The inside is clean and they sell a variety of item from clothing to house supplies. The store call themselves family " dollar" but most item are above 1 dollar price. We went went in there was only 1 worker who was stocking the supplies and no one in the register. All in all, an average store to drop by and peruse.

No phone number, didn't give us a bag of items and no way to contact store. Called ft collier store and told sorry we don't know how to contact them, go back there. We like 45 minutes away. No one in the store but us and doesn't give us a bag of items we bought, unbelievable, avoid this store

The ladies that work there are very unfriendly..they do not acknowledge you entering or leaving...they ring up you stuff and tell you the total .. not even a thank you
