Excellent customer service!! Everyone so nice, I was able to get my speakers fixed just by cleaning it!! Prices for their refurbished phones, ipads and MacBooks are incredibly fair!! I will be shopping with them more!

This place is awesome for anyone w/ Mac products in Winchester. No need to replace your device, no need to drive to NoVa to an Apple Store. Experimax has helped me twice with my laptop (replaced cracked touchpad, removed a virus) & once with my phone (a Bluetooth issue), and each time they’ve been helpful & affordable. I am so glad we have this place in Winchester!! Thank you to Butch & all of the staff there!

My phone died and not everything transferred over from the Cloud. I thought I had lost a ton of important information. A friend told me about Experimax, so I went by with low expectations. A few hours later they recovered EVERYTHING and transferred it all to my new iPhone. They were kind and courteous and showed me what I needed to change on my settings. They answered questions and were very patient. I can't say enough nice things about them and highly recommend them for anyone with phone issues no matter how big or small!!

I took my Macbook Air here after spilling water on the computer that directly hit the logic board. Experimax was able to back up & repair my computer for a reasonable price. They had the repair completed in less than a week and returned my computer in working order!
