Very disappointed at this point. Called today to pause my child’s account due to two of our immediate family members having major surgeries the month of October I was very thorough in explaining this. I was told by the receptionist she would speak with the owners due to our situation and see if they would remove the charge October. When I received a call back I was rather shocked and honestly upset I was told we would be required to pay for the entire month of October since the owners had already posted the bill to our account. I was to stress we haven’t had a session yet this month and it is only the 3rd of October so why should we pay for an entire month we would not be using. Not to mention due to health reasons my child had miss sessions twice in September and we said nothing about make up days, we also paid for the entire month of September. I take full responsibility for the missed sessions and have no complaints in paying for sessions we never essentially received. What I have a major issue with is paying for services we won’t be receiving. I was told the sessions could be make up sessions but honestly no thanks. We’ve have two trainers in the past two months and my daughter has not learned a single new skills because all they have done the past two months is basically a free for all with the kids due to new staff. Again I understand everywhere is short staffed. What I don’t understand is paying for services we will not be using. Ultimately this has cause me to decide we will not be returning to East Coast as this company is not what it was a year ago, we are all human and I could not foresee not one but two major surgeries upcoming, the lack of empathy, understanding and respect is appalling at this point. Especially when this is coming from the owner themselves. We have never been late on payments and never asked for lenience in anyway until these unfortunate events occurred. With that said our business with East Coast will end and I will enroll my daughter elsewhere once everything calms down.

I have been taking my daughter here for the better part of a year. She attends classes every Tuesday and Thursday, every other week due to my divorce. I made sure this schedule was not an issue before I enrolled my daughter. Today, June 27 2023,they pulled my daughter out of class and was harassing her at the front desk. My daughter looked truly scared! I asked the person at the front desk what the problem was. The female employee was new, and this was the first time I've seen her. I informed Scarlet ( the supposedly new manager of the agreement and that we've been coming here for months. Scarlet informed me that she was the new manager, and this is how she runs this. I asked to speak to a higher up, informing her I didn't want her to hurt the relationship of a loyal customer. Of course, her boss was out of town till who knows when. I am very disappointed in Scarlet's performance and concerned that they would pull a child out of class and scare her. Scarlet tried to tell me to call every week that my daughter doesn't show up or pay her $200.00 extra for the 4 days a month my daughter attends class. I truly hope this issue gets addressed.

East coast is a fantastic gym! Not only is it warm and welcoming but every coach treats all kids like their own. This place is supportive, creative, clean and fun to be in!

I moved here in March and got my children enrolled as soon as I could. They have made friends and built relationships with their coaches in just a few short months and they absolutely love being in the gym!

The best gym in Winchester! It offers a variety of different programs and the staff take their roles as children's coaches very seriously. It is a joy working with the staff at ECGC and the children love coming to class! As Ninja Director, I see many kids who take multiple classes throughout the week and because of our specialized lesson plans, the kids will never get bored

My daughter has attended this gym since 2019 and has quickly progressed to competition team. I owe this entirely to the dedication of the staff & coaches in truly wanting to help her improve and learn.I have also been lucky enough to work at this gym since 2020 and the owners are fantastic people who honestly care about their employees as well!!I recommend East Coast to ANYONE who is looking for a physical activity for their children, and want to have a small hometown family environment.

Hunter is the best little ninja coach! My son absolutely adores him and I truly appreciate the time and effort he puts into his relationship with him! Hunter gets 5 stars. I only took away one star due to pricing being too high and them not having any flexibility with payments. I pay on my class day closest to the payment due date (the 10th). This past month my class day fell on the 11th and I was still charged a late fee. You guys should be more flexible with that instead of nickeling and diming people for late fees. But other than that this is a great facility!

Ryan Babington and Silas White are fantastic coaches at East Cost Gymnastics! They were fully engaged, energetic and so much fun. They made my grandson’s 5th birthday a day he and the other children, ages 5 to 11, will not forget. They had the time of their lives. Thank Ryan and Silas.

My 6 year old daughter started in the swinging monkeys class. My wife or I would try to stay for the class, but occasionally our 3 year old daughter made it pretty difficult to sit in the lobby and watch. On monday 11/9, it ended up being one of those days. My wife had to leave and when she came back, my daughter looked very shaky and said that she fell off the high balance beam and hit her head. She said that she was dizzy, and that all they told her to do was to get a drink. Why weren't we contacted immediately and why didnt she have anyone spotting her on the balance beam? My wife asked to speak to someone and nobody was around to talk to her. An instructor said that someone will be contacting us, and here it is a week later and nothing... I've also tried to make contact via phone which isnt answered, and through the messenger on the website... no contact at all... Then, i go back on the website to cancel her membership and disable autopay, but guess what??? there is no option on the website to cancel autopay. This place has a couple of instructors and overloads the classes to the point that they can't control the environment. No cleaning staff either... my daughter got sick after her very first class... i should've known then that this place was a mistake!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

Coaches really care about the kids and helping them learn and grow as gymnasts.
