This place is an absolute disaster!Who manages this mess? Went there Thursday with my granddaughter, walked inside and was told by a very rude employee that counter closed was only drive thru!Well, went thru the drive thru and was told only serving drinks no food!Really?? Sucks, go elsewhere!!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Went out of my way to order some lunch here and get coffee, waited in line only to get told that there’s only ONE person working there and they can’t make food. Just hire more people or shut it down.

There is a huge sign saying you either have to order on the app or go through the drive thru but the kiosks they have to order are covered and don’t work. I would understand if they were swamped and didn’t have enough employees but I’ve been to other Dunkin’s that make it work with the amount of employees they have. In just the couple minutes I was there I saw seven people walk out. Not everyone knows how to order online and the items they have in store don’t match what you can order online, also I saw a gentleman stand at the register not knowing that he could not order there and ended up leaving as well, because instead of letting him know they ignored him until he asked that he couldn’t order there. Lot of business being lost here.

Dunkin is always amazing. The food is always good and the service is great. The employees always seem nice and welcoming and willing to help.

I so wish I caught the girl’s name because she made my whole day, but I went by this Dunkin’ this morning with my good boy in the back seat who just had surgery on his ear, so he was wearing the cone of shame and wasn’t having it. I didn’t think to ask at the speaker box, but when I got to the window I asked her if Dunkin’ did pup cups. I had never gotten one there before so wasn’t for sure, but she said they could. She asked me first if I had a small dog or a big dog and he’s a pit, so he is definitely a big boy. She said “I’ll make it extra special for him.” She comes back with a big cup of whipped cream for my baby! I rolled the window down so her and the other Dunkin worker could see him in the back with his cone of shame. But she just made my whole day and my sweet boy enjoyed his pup cup, thank you so much!

I have been stopping in here for years ever since they opened and for some reason every time that one woman works in there she feels like she has the right to shut the register down it's a huge inconvenience as I get off the interstate to come over here to fill up my fuel which was 100 usually over $100 and I can't even get a cuppa coffee because she won't take cash I will be looking for a new place to be stopping this is three times in a row you guys let this woman in here dictate who can purchase and not purchase. how is it that this woman has the power to dictate whether you pay with cash or with a credit card and how is it she can put a big sign out on the counter that says she's not taking orders from the counter this is ridiculous I'm so aggravated right now thanks for nothing Dunkin'

Worst service ever! Just tried to get a sandwich I always get for lunch. It's a $4.36 sandwich everytime...except today they tried to tell me it was $6!!!! I couldn't get lunch at my normal time cause the drive through was terribly slow...and I couldn't get it on my second break because they upped the price. You have a bunch of young "adults" with no sense of what customer service is and no sense of any type of urgency. If I had treated my guests like this when I was a server I'd be fired on the spot. It's sad how far the service industry has fallen. I'm posting 3 stars for food cause it is good, but zero stars for everything else although I had to put 1 star to post this.

If you are a parent of a minor who is looking for work, proceed with CAUTION when applying to this location. If you work hard for them and avoid asking the tough questions, you'll most likely last a long time. The supervisors, store manager, and HR are not able to back up their decisions or the rules made on the fly with policy. The lack of professionalism from management and HR is concerning so stay mindful and have your child maintain good records of their orientation, training, and get a copy of that employee handbook. At the very least, it'll be a good experience of the kind of work culture you want to avoid. Kudos to my daughter for getting not 1 but 2 job offers within putting in her notice. Parents don't let your kids accept gaslighting from anyone including an employer.

Terrible service. Drive thru is insane. Only 3 cars waited 15 minutes for snacking bacon which was supposed to be sweet and like 8 pieces but no I got regular bacon like 3 pieces crushed up in a bag. Hate this place.

I went in and had to use kiosk to order my cold brew with almond milk. While the guy was making it he proceeded to put iced coffee in I stopped him and said I ordered cold brew, he said I know but we are out so we substitute this. I said I don’t drink coffee that’s been heated because of the acid. I ask for nitro, he went to get it and a girl ( assuming shift lead perhaps) said No, that’s out too. I said well I guess I have no choice maybe you can put a sign up at kiosk so people don’t order it. She said we do not have capabilities to do that! (With attitude rolling eyes, I said pen and paper and tape work well. She the. Replied “ we don’t have time we’ve been busy. 4 workers and I’m only one in store. I said well you shouldn’t be charging $5 for a $2 beverage w/o notifying customers. My husband wanted to know if drive through was doing this so he ordered a cold brew and was also poured an iced coffee. They are ripping people off knowingly.

Loren gillings you could have gotten your point across without saying the girls skin color. Her skin color has nothing to do with it. Im sure they just woke you up that day and said how can we piss our customers off today…. They obviously had a reason for shutting the lobby that day. You guys are doing great! - Signed a repeating happy customer! :)
