I've been to a lot of yoga classes, and Jill was one of the best teachers I've ever had. She was knowledgeable and funny and never condescending. The studio is really pretty in an urban kind of way. I highly recommend it

Many yoga studios have excellent instructors and a calming atmosphere. Dharma has those and so much more. It is really a community of people who take yoga seriously but don't take themselves seriously. You will meet seasoned practicioneers as well as first timers at Dharma, and everyone feels right at home. Have tried a number of classes over the past few weeks and have been pleased with all of them. The instructors are very patient with someone who's just getting back into yoga and is not very flexible. They are attentive to each person and do an excellent job of explaining the moves as you go along. Am so glad that I found Dharma yoga. Last night's class with Jill which concentrated on the neck and shoulders had me worried at first, but I feel better and less stressed today than I have in weeks. Looking forward to the next class.

Whether you've been practicing yoga for years, getting back into it, or just beginning, Dharma is definitely the place to go. With a wide variety of classes at all skill levels and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere you would have trouble finding a better place in town. The owner is an amazing teacher and will always make classes feel personal to you, even when it's full. It's truly a wonderful place to practice.
