Do yourself and family a favor and check out another pharmacy. The pharmacist here are just not helpful and truly do not care enough to give you information to mitigate any medication delays. I’m not sure if it’s lack of knowledge or general disinterest.

Pharmacy staff is extremely hard working with constantly being understaffed. I have personally see them work through their lunches to ensure customers get their prescriptions in a timely manner. The ladies were going to lunch when my prescription was transferred from the Berryville Ave store and my dad was on intensive care the pharmacist and the techs waited the extra time to fill my script so I could get to my dad and they didn't have to they could have gone to lunch and made me wait but they were caring and compassionet and filled it right away

The worst pharmacy to deal with! The staff is so rude and useless. I’ve been trying to pick up my prescriptions for the past 3 days and they have been nothing but difficult making excuses as to why they cannot fill them. I had my doctor and insurance call them and they gave me everything but the most important thing and claimed they didn’t have a prescription for it yet on the first day I tried picking it up they told me they couldn’t fill it because it didn’t have the brand name on the prescription. Doctor re sent prescription and still denied having it. Definitely avoid this pharmacy. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Dr Office sent over two prescriptions. I didn't pick up that day but went the next morning. Within a 24 hour period they had misplaced/lost/didn't fill/gave to wrong person one of my prescriptions. I asked what's wrong The young lady She told me she couldn't find one of the prescriptions and acted like it was no big deal. They have handed me the wrong prescription before. Use another CVS pharmacy Don't go to this one

I get how busy the pharmacy staff is am I am always sympathetic as I do and have done medication authorizations for a very long time. Unfortunately I am reviewing this pharmacy less then one star. I have been using the CVS on senseny rd since they opened for my entire family. I usually don’t call because I have the app and it up until recently let me know when I could pick up my rx. I was notified on 2/8 via text that my prescription was being filled. I checked on the 9th and 10th and the app stated in progress. I called to make sure and Ashley answered the phone and immediately talked down to me. She said I was lying and it couldn’t have been run through my insurance until the 10th and that nobody said it was time to fill. Then she said I didn’t know shot and it didn’t matter that I was a loyal customer. I asked to speak to her boss and someone who said they were a pharmacist (woman) got on the phone. Did not apologize and proceeded to tell me that Ashley was an expert and that I could bring up any complaints with Seth. It is now Sunday the 12th no rx and my medication that is weekly is due today. I have to admit that after all the years of having a great relationship with the previous pharmacy staff I am sad. Sad for what has happened to this and many other customer service industries in this country. I was also told by the pharmacist that tha day that Ashley would not be talked to about her behavior. Melissa in the pharmacy was so pleasant and helped me so much with my much needed prescriptions! Called 2 Walgreens and was hung up on but she worked with me and was very nice

Went in today was shopping 2 min after pharmacy was closing Ashley the cashier shouts we are NOT taking anymore people we are closing for lunch and she smirked. I have never been so rudely treated like this. Enjoyyour lunch kiddo I reported your rude and hatefulness to your Manager

My Dr. Approved the refill twice and ea. time CVS was telling me they have not received the refill approval . Finally after a 3rd call from my Dr. They told me to come in 40 min, but I went the next day, CVS told come back tomorrow. I went there today and the told me we still don’t have the prescription. ….. finally a 3rd person comes forward (after whispering in the background) and told me we can’t have it till November ( another 3 months). I said “ you must be kidding me” I will better change my pharmacy , and simultaneously, the 2nd lady , who was not part of the conversation shouts from the background “ Fine… Go change your Pharmacy”. I went to Walgreen , and they working on my prescription to fill it by COB.

My doctor sent script electronically and I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told they had nothing in their system. Drive home (5 minutes away) and received notification that both prescriptions had been sent there. Went back next morning and said I was there to pick up my prescriptions. Was handed a paper bag with what I assumed contained both of my prescriptions. Got home and saw that only 1 was in there. Called and waited on hold for 15 minutes until someone was available. I explained what I had gone through and was told that the other prescription wouldn't be ready until 5pm today (I guess i was supposed to just know this). The woman was totally unapologetic and said it was my fault for not knowing that "by law" they can only put one prescription in a bag and for not opening the bag. Awful awful customer service. Do better.
