I admit that the service leaves a lot to be desired! But blame the corporate CVS. if there were enough people to answer all the phone calls, fill the RXs, give needed assistance to customers, give shots, talk to the Doctors, need I say more. Corporate persons just keep adding more responsibilities and hiring competent people is almost impossible. I've been a customer for many years and yes, I get infuriated. Instead of doing nothing except voicing disapproval CALL C V S HEADQUARTERS AND TELL THEM IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. !!! Nobody wants to work understaffed.

They changed their hours "for a while," and now I can't pick up my medication during the week because I'm working during the only hours the pharmacy is open. I'll change my rating when they're open either early enough or late enough for working people to get the meds they need.

Pharmacist is rude. And they are short staffed but won’t hire anyone or atleast anyone useful

Very slow, short staffed. They can't even man the drive-through window, closed for lunches etc. Overall, it's not a great place to get prescriptions anymore.The inside is still clean and well stocked.

Very clean, friendly service and staff. My only complaint is about the pharmacist Carissa. She is just a rude and unhappy person. The only reason my review is a 5 star is because I don't want to punish the other staff members. Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions, she always has an attitude. But to everybody else, amazing job.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Carissa yelled at us over the phone concerning my daughters prescription went on about how she can’t make the medication herself, hung up on us as she screamed she couldn’t make the medicine herself. We’ve tried to call back multiple times and she has hung up each time. Switching pharmacies asap.Making jokes about medication is not ok.

Wow, I am amazed by how helpful all the employees in this store were! Two employees helped me navigate the photo printing process. I needed A LOT of help and they were so patient. I also asked the pharmacy about an OTC inhaler since I left mine at home out of state. They looked up my prescription and filled it for me! I have never had as exceptional service from a drug store. I hope all the employees know how appreciated they are.

Can never get their prescriptions out that day, or it is in progress for several days and tell you have to show up and be a mean person and then they will get to Steppin

Who knew trying to pick up a prescription would result in such Drama...to the associate who felt the need to literally come at me from behind the counter... I've called your manager and corporate and am requesting Cameras pulled and your job revoked! You are NOT a nice person!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place in the last year or so. I absolutely understand having to wait a little longer if there is a shortage of staff, but the persistent error of not filling what was requested, and general unpleasantness of most (definitely not all) of the staff has us transferring all of our families prescriptions to Walgreens. I don’t need you to coddle and be my best friend, but if you’re going to consistently mess up prescriptions, please don’t do so with an attitude of “I can’t be bothered to help you today”. The app is absurdly difficult to use, and any prescription refills you request on the app will be ignored until you call them to confirm. The final straw was when we were essentially told to use another pharmacy because the prescription we ordered two days ago wasn’t ready and told it would be another two hours “or so”. If you don’t want to work with people or in customer service, find another career path.

Website doesn't work, the submit button isn't even a link. I can't schedule a COVID test and the technician insisted I was lying and the website is "not broken." The website says you can walk in and make an appointment as well but evidently they are the real liars and that is not possible.

Our family has used CVS on Valley Avenue for 20 years. If you use CVS I would recommend signing up for CVS Caremark. It cost $5 a month, but you get $10 a month to spend and you get 20% off CVS health products.

Professional, have been getting medication here for years, great customer service. They put upWith a lot, given the current climate.There willingness to help, if you ask. We as customers need to step up and appreciate.
