I came to this pharmacy location by accident to pick up prescriptions that my doctor had sent to a different location. I was in line behind someone from the hospital who had come over to pick up prescriptions. He was extremely rude, cussing out the pharmacy tech bc they didn’t have his prescription yet. I suspect that this is a very common occurrence because they are right across from the hospital, and that these pharmacy technicians have a more difficult job than most. The calm, courteous way in which the employees handled the situation really impressed me. They were very kind when they were looking for my prescriptions in their system and directed me which location to go to.

Courtney/manager of the Pharmacy is the rudest, unprofessional person l've ever spoken to, who then hung up on me after threatening me. Over a doctor's override for a replacement of 14 pills that accidentally fell in a wet sink. I have CANCER with not alot of time. Karma is ugly, Courtney. I will try moving all my prescriptions ASAP! After that I will not stop there, I would never ever be a CVS consumer again!! Amherst Street. If l could have given zero stars, l would have. If anyone has corporate numbers to file grievances, l would appreciate it.

Bless the staff here, they are overworked and understaffed. No wonder all the other reviews are negative against them, there's only so much one person can do while the line is so long it backs out of the medicine section and well into the store proper. Whoever is in charge of hiring and benefits should be ashamed. They've failed all the customers (many of whom are elderly being made to wait in ridiculous waits) and the current staff. Corporate needs to stop hiding behind COVID and pay higher wages. They don't even have enough to run the drivethrough, really? Another example of incompetant upper management. I'll be switching to the pharmacy at the Martins on 522, and I recommend everyone else to do so as well until hiring and pay catches up with the 21st century. I didn't catch her name, but the woman working today (Dec 12 around 2 pm) and a woman named Claire are the only two I've ever seen working, and if either of you read this, you deserve better than whatever CVS is putting you through.

Only go bc its convenient. They have had some really nice ppl in the Pharmacy in the past, but seems like there is a high turnover.I made a very unintentional mistake during checkout and Amelie was so mad bc she had to call a manager to fix it. They had computer and register issues like they always do and a long line. Amelie scolded me, then a nosy tech in the back (I think her name was Courtney) asked what was wrong, and then they both proceeded to talk about me. I was only approx 8 feet away and heard what they said so I loudly said to both "I made a mistake, but it doesn't help that it's chaotic in here". Both ladies maybe should learn to not talk about customers in front of the customers. Its unprofessional.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Extremely rude staff Completely incompetent and slow! Absolutely ridiculous and was nasty to me on the phone DO NOT USE THIS CVS ridiculous!!!!!

I had the unpleasant experience of encountering a rude employee named Libby. She was rolling her eyes and felt the need to speak over me while I was trying to explain something to her. Poor customer service skills and very disrespectful. Will not be back at this location. When I asked her for the store information and manager name, she didn't want to give it to me and kept huffing. Awful experience.

Do NOT go to get a prescription filled here. The pharmacist is a complete moron. She literally never gets it right. If I could give less stars, I would. Also, I am a prescriber and will advise patients to avoid this CVS at all costs.

CVS corporate will be getting an earful from me, this locations pharmacy is TERRIBLE! The staff is awful and rude. Emily should be fired for looking at customers and calling them a liar over an antibiotic for a child! You should be ashamed of yourselves, really. I understand being busy but you are STILL PROVIDING A SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER! Least you could do is follow through when your out of a medication, and communicate that to the patient.

Do not, I repeat, do not use this pharmacy. They have the most incompetent employees. They cannot find your prescription because they do not know how to find anything in their system and they will look you in the eye and say your physician never called it in or that the physician must have deleted it, even after you've told them you just spoke to the physician and they called you to confirm it had been sent to the pharmacy.it is difficult enough these days to navigate the health system (insurance companies, hospitals and physicians); CVS just adds an additional layer of time and frustration to get your medications. Customer service is clearly not at the heart of how they run their business I would not give them any stars, but at least one is required to post a review.

Only been here a few times ,but the outside was sooo dirty, with gum spots everywhere in the front and the dormers they have on makes it so dark around the store. Not very inviting...For the side of town it is on you would think it would be nicer

This cvs is the most disrespectful rude pharmacy I've ever encountered. They really should be shut down or taken to court for the things they pull I would gladly join a lawsuit against this branch. I have many examples of wrong doing.

This pharmacy is a disaster. First of all, they always say you have to wait a few minutes. Then, when you ask for your prescription, they tell you it is on hold. Then, you ask why is it on hold. They do not know. Would you look again, I ask, Then they say the medicine is not in. Come back at 5:00 pm. The next day, the medicine is not in. And because you are frustrated, you ask why and then another lady starts saying, Sir, we said we are sorry for the inconvenience. Okay....but this medicine has been on order for three days and three trips. Sorry, I just cannot go there anymore. Customer service...no, not here.
